These folks are great. I always get my order within a few days as promised. They always call to tel me when I can pick up my order. I have had no problems with these guys. Plus they haven’t screwed up my insurance which is a plus!

I think they’re great here. I haven’t experienced any of the prickly people Myself but I’ve only been coming here for three years. Thought the selection of glasses was great. Dawn and Yuri helped me and were super nice. The exam by Dr. Ono was great also. Give them a try.

I love it here. I have going for years. Dawn is a very lovely woman and helpful and professional. There was a woman worked there who was pretty prickly that I avoided but I don’t think she works there any longer.

I’ve been going to Optical Solutions to get glasses for several years. They’ve got a nice variety of frames to choose from, and they usually have new glasses ready to go in less than a week. They’ll also special order you any frames you want if they don’t have them there.
They’re really nice about adjusting your frames to fit really well and comfortably — you can just drop in and they’ll fix ‘em right there.
Their selection of frames isn’t as broad or funky as, say, 4 Your Eyes Only (nearby in Wallingford Center), but they do run much cheaper on the whole. They take Regence BlueShield insurance if you have a vision benefit, and they probably take other insurance too.
Parking: this is Wallingford, so parking along 45^th is difficult but if you go a block to the right or left it’s all residential and you can usually find a good spot. There’s also a small garage under the building on 1^st Ave NE, but it only has about 4 spots and 3 of them are really small. I parked at the nextdoor Dick’s once and didn’t get towed, but it’s up to you if you want to chance it.
