Orbit Fit Bootcamp

I’ve been going to Orbit Fit Bootcamp since October of 2011 and it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. The expected benefits of sticking to an exercise regimen are there — you will lose weight, you will have more energy, and you will feel better about yourself, if you choose to commit yourself regularly to Amy’s ever-​changing and always challenging workouts. But most of us aren’t robots, and getting up at 6:45 in the morning to go exercise vigorously outside, sometimes in the drizzle, is super hard, and that’s where Orbit Fit makes all the difference! You’ll want to hang out with Amy and her Orbit Fit group because they’re just fun. Amy is warm and inviting and hilarious and enthusiastic and truly an inspiration to be around, and that vibe rubs off on everyone who attends her classes. She presents you with ideas about accountability for your own fitness but if you miss a class, you’re not made to feel guilty. For someone like me, it’s really the perfect combination of challenge, social time, deliberate practice, and support network. For those who are more advanced athletes/​fitness enthusiasts, Amy’s classes offer you the fine muscle tuning, core strength, balance and stretching that you may not be getting from more traditional exercises and sports. Not to mention peace of mind. The money, time and effort you invest into this bootcamp is well worth it.

I would never have thought getting up early and doing pushups would be a pleasure, but Amy makes it so much fun! There is always something new to try, the other women in the class are great (most have been coming for years), and I am seeing a difference in my strength in less than a month of classes — amazing! I can already go faster and longer on my bike than ever before. I will definitely be signing up for another month!

This class is excellent. Amy is very motivating, and I can already feel a difference after only one month of classes.
Professionally, Amy knows her stuff and will get you in shape. Personally, she is lovely and a pleasure to be around, which is always a perk when you have to do pushups at 7:30 in the morning :-) I highly recommend this bootcamp!

Orbit Fit is fun!
I thought I’d sign up for a month to get fit for a mtn. climbing mission but, now that has passed & I seem to have signed on for another month. I must like it! We definitely do things that I would never do on my own… like run. It feels great!
Amy is very knowledgeable, funny, positive & encouraging. The group of ladies that attend couldn’t be nicer.

Amy actually makes a workout fun, as you can’t help but feed off of her positive energy. I appreciated that workouts are tailored for individual fitness levels. She will keep you motivated!
