I’ve not been a fan of the pizza places in the area, so I’m thrilled to have found Pagliacci. Not only was our pizza delivered tasty and with fresh toppings, but we got it on time which is remarkable compared to our experiences with other pizza places around here. The pizza was expensive, but honestly I would pay it again just for the good taste and quick delivery time.

I usually adore Pagliacci, but today was an exception. Not only was my pizza 15 past the delivery time in arriving from the 10th Ave location(something that has never happened before) but it was also lukewarm/bordering on cold. The cheese was nearly congealed when I opened the box. I ate it regardless because I was starving, but for $ 25? Come the heck on.

I returned(to the Broadway location) thanks to someone from Pagliacci reaching out to me and providing me with a gift card to try the pizza again. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t much better this time. My husband and I ordered a whole margarita pizza with olives and we were quoted 30 minutes since they were busy. Not a huge deal, since we weren’t in a hurry and we ordered beers. But when the pizza finally arrived, it was a Hawaiian pizza, and I do not eat pork. Ugh!!! The manager offered to give me a slice of cheese pizza to snack on while we waited for our new pizza to be made, which took another 15 minutes or so. The new pizza was just okay. I thought Pagliacci is supposed to be Italian style pizza, but I just don’t see it. I’m not a huge fan of the crust, and there was too much cheese. I appreciated that we did not have to pay for the pizza since they screwed up(again), but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Ok, now I’m Italian and I like good food. The pizza at Pagliacci is not italian style, is just good! No matter what nationality you are, if you like good pizza this is it! We always get it delivered and I absolutely love the service. There is something awesome about calling your pizza place that knows your name and your husband name, has your credit card on file, always confirmed the delivery place, and bring consistently the correct order, a delicious pizza that is always there when they tell you it will be. We get many coupons in the mail about other pizza places, but believe it or not, we never order anywhere else… It would be like cheating! The pizza is so good the service is so awesome, that’s all we want!

Very long wait for the food… And we were the only ones in the place… They don’t care about customers. Prices are very high as well!

Pizza very mediocre Would not get it from there again Salad was very good and tasty It was delivered right on time as planned But it was basically like cardboard so maybe you have to eat in the restaurant That’s about all I can say about the pizza place Buyer beware

Pretty good a little pricey and 20 minutes is always what they say will be the time it is ready(for pickup) and quite often it’s longer than that. Great crust on the pizza if you get it home quick and love their calzones.

Did I seriously just pay $ 28 for a slapped together MEDIUM pizza? So annoyed. There pizza is 1. Insanely expensive and 2. Quality is not at all matched with price. The Brooklyn Bridge was more cheese than anything else, just sort of slapped together without care or good ingredients. I don’t know why in the world this place is ranking 4 stars but MOSTDEFINITELY skip it and give your wallet a rest.

Pagliacci is my favorite pizza. Aside from the fabulous taste, the customer service is amazing! I like my margherita pizza slightly underbaked and I never have to remind them(they just know). They also have a pretty good caesar salad with delicious croutons from Macrina Bakery You can always count on Pagliacci! On top of all that, they are also very big on community involvement– wow!

I had the salumi pepperoni and thought it was marginal. Chewy, cardboard flavor crust, sweet, «school lunch pizza» sauce and pepperoni that tastes more like bacon. Sorry this pizza was a miss.

Super good NY style pizza! A little greasy, but with a little blotting, it’s fine. I called in a pizza order and accidentally went to the wrong location to pick it up. The woman that helped me figure this out was super sweet and told me she’d call the other location to let them know and offered to make the pizza for me there. I didn’t want to put them out of their way, so I just ordered a slice of pizza. The woman gave it to me on the house, which was really unexpected. Great customer service!

Our new favorite pizza! First I must give then props for their phone service. Always polite, they know who you are(based on phone number) & they’re super efficient. Their delivery times are always reliable and I’ve never met nicer delivery drivers! The pizza never disappoints, I love the pag salad! You can’t go wrong with anything from here! Nice to support local people!

YUM. Ordered their Brooklyn Bridge pizza and it was phenomenal. Amazing crust and the customer service was great. I also ordered a large Cesar salad. The dressing was really awesome. Bummer they only open at 4pm cause they would have my service for early Sunday football games!

I love Pagliacci so much! I’m not even sure I can put that love into words but I’m going to try! I usually order delivery, the folks who answer their phones are SO friendly! Every time I call in they give their best service, what’s more their delivery times are so accurate! I love that when they say 40 minutes, it’s 40 minutes(sometimes less). Now onto the pizza itself. This is the best delivery pizza chain in Seattle. It’s better than all the national chains because their flavors. They use seasonal ingredients, have fresh tasting sauce and their crust is chewy but has get structure. They are so consistent, pizza after pizza(trust me on this I’ve put in the work). Their salads are great too, my favorite is the Pagliacci salad. Whatever you get, you’ll be full and happy and didn’t pay too much for it either!

For delivery, this really is as good as it gets. And you can tell by the almost 5 stars this ones got, everyone else thinks so too! When it comes to consistency, fresh ingredients, and only what can be described as THEBESTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER, if you’re not ordering from Pagliacci Pizza by know, get your head checked friend! I love the crust. I love the sauce. I love their seasonal offerings. They also offer tasty salads, breadsticks, and seasonal gelat. What else do you need ?!? My local Pagliacci location makes me feel like we’re neighbors and friends. Makes feel are warm and fuzzy inside. Here’s what I really love about these guys, no matter the weather, no matter the time, they are friendly and awesome. They remember what I ordered last time and do the best to meet my requests to the finest detail. From the person who take my order to the person who delivers, they nail it. Period.(And if they didn’t, they fix it. FAST!) Tip: Check their website or ask when you call to order for special deals each month for Frequent Pie-rs.

Seattle, you don’t know how good you’ve got it. There are two levels of pizza in my book: delivery and eat in/take away. As far as I’m concerned, there are different standards for both. Standards for eat-in being far higher: think Little Star or Pizzeria Delfina from San Francisco, Via Tribunali in Seattle. We are talking about a truly special pizza, folks. My standards for pizza delivery have always been lower, because I want it quick and easy. And let’s face it, maybe a movie and pajamas are involved. Seattlites, the great thing about Pagliacci is you can wear your pajamas AND eat good pizza. Do you know how rare that is? After living in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Seattle, I can attest to the fact that finding good pizza delivery even in great food cities is a difficult thing. So when I don’t want to take off my slippers, I am usually not expecting to enjoy farm fresh ingredients and charcuterie from one of the best place on the West Coast(Salumi) Are you serious? You mean I also get great customer service? Really? I’m wearing my pajamas AND I get to buy pizza from a company that worries about recycling their pizza boxes? Wow, did I just score or what? We love the seasonal pizzas, the Pagliacci salad, and the Brooklyn Bridge. All thin crust, New York style. Come on Seattle, put on your pajamas. And admit it. You’ve got it good.
