I contacted this business and the person answered the phone «hello». I asked if I had contacted a moving business and he said yeah. This triggered a red flag as to the level of professionalism I might be dealing with. I stated that I was looking for a reputable and reliable moving company. I kid you not, this was his response, verbatim: «not us». Then he hung up on me. Based on previous reviews, others have had positive experiences, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t chance it.

Mike, Randall and John were very professional and courteous during the move. I know it was hard work but they handled it very well and enthusiastically. I highly recommend to any one who needs moving. Thanks PALS Moving System.

never had a problem ever with this service. friendly and knowledgeable of where they needed to be. Would use again, but I’m leaving Seattle. thanks for the positive experience! Randall and Paul were two nice and gentlemanly guys. The art of chivalry is not lost, and I felt more inclined to keep coming back every time I used their moving service. but as I said, I’m leaving so I’ll not need their help any more.

I’ve never hired a moving service before a friend suggested PALS Moving Systems I was delighted with how easy they made the whole process coming from a 3 floor without an elevator. I found the guys to be prompt, reliable and easy to deal with. I would definitely use then in my future move, and will recommend them to all my friends. Great work doing a stressful job.

Mike & Ron were wonderful. They work quickly & efficiently. The truck was expertly, professionally packed… didn’t need ropes or tie downs as it was so well packed. They were pleasant & professional and really nice men to spend the day with. Very nice, calm energy which was very helpful as I can be a bit anxious at times. I couldn’t ask for more & will call them for my next move! Thank you, Ron and Mike!
