These people are HORRIBLE, TOTALSCAM, do not sign anything or let them charge you anything until you confirm price between the phone line top the actually locksmith. Initial quote was for $ 15 service fee and $ 29.99 lock cut, when he gets there gee wants to charge $ 159 and after talking to the call line they said the maximum charge shouldn’t exceed $ 99 which is bull and when confronted they hang up on you and then screen your calls. If I could give negative stars I would, this business has been reported top the better business bureau by 29 other people last I checked, don’t become another victim of this scam. DONOTUSETHESEGUYS.

This place is terrible terrible locksmith. Super sketchy. They tried to double charge me till I refused the service. They charged my card as enterprise locksmith. So I don’t even think they are operating under this name for the number we called. DONOTUSETHEM!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Completely horrible. Just called for a quote for ignition replacement on a motorcycle. Guy on the phone didn’t even say thank you after I said thank you anyway(since they«nope, we won’t be able to do anything for that motorcycle»). Just hung up. Rude. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Seth M.‘s review seems to be a fair assessment given the 10 second phone call I just placed with them. They need to work on customer service. A little common courtesy goes a long way! When people are in need of locksmith service you’d think they’d be a bit more concerned. Would NEVER recommend. Get a new job dude. So terrible it’s prompted me to write my first review!

Just terrible. It look over an hour and I finally canceled because I wouldn’t wait anymore. 15 minutes is a total lie, don’t believe it. Its a minimum of about $ 115 for a car door to be opened that takes 30 seconds too.

Like everyone else has said, absolutely a terrible experience with these guys. Our front door knob broke in a way that meant the door was impossible to open. It’s not really possible to replace a doorknob unless the door was open, and even when I removed the knob I wasn’t able to slide the bolt and open the door. Our landlady said she’d reimburse us for the lock, so my buddy called a locksmith. The guy did spend 30 minutes with power tools getting the door to open, so it’s not like he didn’t put any effort in. Rather, the prices were downright silly and kept going up. The service call online was $ 15, then it was $ 29. Then labor was $ 65, then $ 85. He wanted $ 85 for the kind of knob that costs $ 15 at Home Depot. So once we got to $ 29 + $ 85 + $ 85 and he went to run the card, he threw on a $ 65 fee for«remove and install» or some such scribble on the receipt and drove off. $ 264. Yikes. I feel terrible for the landlady. Granted, she should have called a locksmith herself when we asked her, and she never really gets anything done, but that’s still an absurd amount to pay for a lock. At least my housemate knows about Unilocal now(and not even at his own expense!).
