Amazing. Had the peanut butter and jelly today and it was perfect. People are always friendly and they taste like a cross between pancakes and sweet funnel cake with peanut butter and jelly(they also have other flavors).

Okay so we all know the PB&J we all grew up eating it. So when I first saw these guys at the West Seattle Street Fair I thought there was no way that they could improve the PB&J. Then I tried what had to be the best fried sandwich ever. If you think you have had PB&J you should really give these guys a shot. Props to the guys for making a great sandwich.

HOTDAMN! I didn’t believe that it was possible to improve on the PB& J sandwich, but they did. Just crispy enough on the outside, warm and not too gooey on the inside… This is all that is right with life. I chose the grape jelly. I am very much aware of my gluten intolerance after my PBGoodness indulgence, but it was worth it. There really isn’t a darn thing else left to say.
