Pedersen’s Event Rentals

So far a lot of misinformation, left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Facebook page contact gave very different info than email contact. They should train their staff to be consistent and only provide information they know to be correct.

Both online support and over the phone these folks were top notch. Let us pick up on Friday and return on Monday.

Their website is simple and straight forward — easy to browse their catalog and make an online order.
We used Pedersen’s for our wedding chair rentals and a couple bistro tables for the cocktail hour. The prices were absolutely on par with other rental places in the area but their reputation far exceeded anyone else’s. The best part was that they had such a great relationship with our other vendors — including our venue — that they were able to work directly with them to arrange things like pickup, drop-​off etc. They even had a special arrangement with our venue so that we didn’t have to worry about paying for a late pickup — they came the next morning instead!

I rented chairs from Pedersen’s for my wedding over the summer. They were great! The chairs were in good condition, the delivery was on time and they did a great job of setting up the chairs exactly as I had asked when I ordered them. The people I dealt with on the phone were always friendly and professional. Though, I wasn’t there during the set up, my friend that was there said they were super nice.
Their prices are comparable with other rental companies (I learned that renting chairs is surprisingly EXPENSIVE!) so I would definitely use them again if needed.

Pedersen’s absolutely SAVED my wedding.
Less than 48 hours before our wedding the company we had hired to provide rentals for our reception completely canceled on us with no explanation (see my review of the terrible company Tents & Events for further info).
Our wedding was on St. Patrick’s Day and I had carefully selected an exact shade of Kelly green for my linens, which would basically set the look and feel of my reception. But since it was only two days before the holiday, all the local rental companies we called said we were out of luck unless we wanted to use forest green… ew! I was totally devastated and ready to head to a fabric store and start making table cloths, even though dozens of my friends and relatives had just arrived in town.
It was at that point my wedding coordinator called Pedersen’s, who said they would be able to get 10 Kelly green overlays, which would at least cover half of my tables if I alternated them with white. They were amazingly understanding about our situation and even gave us a 20% discount so that their price would more closely reflect the quote of the vendor who had left us high and dry.
When I arrived at our reception I was absolutely stunned. Somehow Pedersen’s had been able to get all the Kelly green table cloths, overlays, and napkins that I had originally planned on, and everything looked absolutely how I dreamed it would. The color was perfect and the linens were very high quality. They also provided glass barware and cake plates which worked perfectly.
Pedersen’s stepped in at the last minute and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Their customer service is outstanding and I will never work with anyone else for event rentals.

I called them a week out from my event with a small order (lots of businesses don’t want to work with small orders, as they don’t make much money). Pedersen’s not only were happy to work with me, they made suggestions for the delivery/​pick-​up that made my life so much easier and that didn’t cost me any additional money. For all I know, it saved them time & effort too. They were affordable, really nice to work with, well organized, and if I ever do a big party/​event again, will be #1 on my folks to contact.

Loved working with Pedersen’s. I called 2 weeks prior to my wedding to rent bistro tables and linens. I fully expected to be brutally rebuffed, but they absolutely had what I needed at a reasonable price. They worked with me over the phone and emailed me the quote. Great communication and assistance via phone!
Only down-​side (which I can say of most wedding vendors, unfortunately), delivery would have cost more than the actual rental. Because it’s my wedding? Why does everything cost more when you get married? Anyway, they had a good pick-​up option that didn’t charge us for additional time. I suggest this if you rent.

What a breeze it is to work with these folks. They’re super friendly, they’re conveniently located, and better yet — they have everything. No joke!
I called Pedersen’s looking for some random odds and ends for a party I was hosting. They had everything I needed. When I popped down to their warehouse I noticed a really large showroom. Not only do they have equipment for the behind-​the-​scenes stuff; like ovens for rent, dishwashers, fridges, etc. They also have plates, tables, napkins, cutlerly, you name it! If you had to you could throw and entire party from scratch here. I was really impressed!
I also love the feature they have on their website where you can place an order and NOT submit it, but have someone call you to speak about the order just in case you have questions before using a credit card and finalizing the details. What a handy feature! They also have a pick up area so you don’t even need to get out of your car. They have people loading and unloading all the time so you can just drive up and hang out while they do all of the work. So great!

When our country finally allows us to marry who we love — I might marry this place…
They do the dishes, the laundry and are nice. What more could you want in a spouse?
Here’s my story:
I may have forgotten to order the plates/​silverware/​glass for a birthday party until the day before the party. OOpps…
I was able to call at 9am and go pick it up at 1pm! I’m so glad I’m not going to be throwing 50+plates, plastic utensils and plastic glasses in to landfills. AND here’s the REAL bonus — THEY WILL BE DOING THE DISHES!

Awesome party rental spot, period. If you are planning an event– wedding, dinner party, catered anything, private brunches, baby shower lunches, etc. Whatever your cause for a gathering may be, Pedersen’s is the place to get everything from flatware to bun cabs and food chaffers. They have a great selection of flatware, plates, bowls and serving items– silver included, as well as linens, candles, floral décor, chairs and tents. They will coordinate with you if you need help decided, just go to their office on 4^th Ave. South, right across the street from Costco next to the Arctic Ice Cream building (mmmm, Ice Cream…). The office crew is great, and the staff goes out of their way to help you. I have both used and recommended their service multiple times for events and have never had any discrepancies, such as missing or wrong items, or a dirty dish or stained linen. Much more timely than AA rentals too! They bust their butts for the regulars and I enjoy the personalized service that I get from their staff. Great rentals agency!
