I will never go back here again, and after reading some of these reviews I feel fortunate. I was trying to find a new cleaner and tried these guys out. I asked for pricing and it seemed very expensive. I asked why and they pretended not to speak English. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and they agreed to charge me considerably less(weird). So now I am haggling at the cleaners. The old Chinese man looked pissed off that I negotiated such a good deal. It was only a few shirts. When I returned a few days later it took them forever to find my shirts. I was getting nervous. This place is expensive, dodgy, and gives me the creeps. Gut feeling is it is a money laundering or drug distribution operation. Avoid this place. Maybe do yourself a favor and just do a week’s worth of your own laundry and pressing, and save yourself 50 bucks.

This place is running a SCAM. DONOTTRUSTTHEMWITHYOURCLOTHES. They do not adhere to standard good business practices. To try to make my long, awful experience short: When I dropped off a pile of clothes to be cleaned, I was given no receipt or documentation of how many items I had dropped off. Because this raised a red flag, I counted my items. When I went to pick up I was shocked at how much they had charged. Oh well, no price sheet posted anywhere so my fault for not checking. When I got home I realized a piece was MISSING. I didn’t know immediately whether this was an oversight or not but it seemed sketchy that it was far and away the most expensive designer item that was lost. I went back immediately and they played the language barrier, didn’t understand, they hadn’t lost anything, I was wrong, etc. I argued with them extensively until finally their daughter got involved. I emailed and texted them photos of the dress on and on me. Every day for a week I went back and asked if they had found it. Finally the daughter texts me and says she«found my dress». When I go to pick it up THEYCHARGE me, which I am shocked by because I have already paid for the amount of items I dropped off, ie had already paid for the dress. At this point, I am pissed. Here they lost my dress, denied it, argued, find it, don’t apologize and then double charge me? So I start disputing it with the owner. HEREISWHEREITGETSWEIRD: The owner gives me a creepy pathetic look and says«i bought you a new dress, i bought you a new dress.» I was confused by this obviously since the daughter had told me they had«found my dress» but he went and got the dress and sure enough it had a tag from the designer on it. No price tag or company tag, just the brand tag. Please keep in mind this is an $ 1100 dress so I am highly suspicious that they went out and bought a new one. Here is my theory: They are collecting(or stealing) designer tags, then STEALINGCLOTHESANDSELLINGTHEM. Whatever is happening– I would recommend people stay away. I will never go back. I am curious if anyone else has had this experience? Thanks for listening :).

Awful! I paid twice as much as I used to pay for poor quality work.

I can grudgingly put up with their slowness, and always trying to take a week to do my shirts instead of next-day service. But what I cannot tolerate is the dishonest pricing: shirts are advertised to be laundered for $ 2, but when we pick them up several shirts have been priced at $ 6.95 each! The time I found someone who could explain why to me in English, they started with«stain» which was impossible because it was a new shirt. Then they said it was because of the fabric or buttons, saying the shirt would last longer if they did it by hand and not on a machine. So they decided(in spite of the fact that we had said to launder them all) to charge three times as much. Nowhere is this disclosed in advance, and it seems quite random. We will not go there again, and will instead try to find a place that has transparency and honesty in its pricing.

WORST service ever and ruined my shirt!!! The company wasted 30 min’s of my time while I waited for a refund on a stitch job they ruined! and then refused to refund. Another women in line said they ruined her clothes as well. I had to go back to my gal in Greenlake to have mt blouse repaired. Even she looked horrified. Worst business practices ever!!!
