I needed a chronicle of albums completed and This place was such an amazing resource. Was able to order my own fabric and this place bound the albums to truly make this project custom. The people are super helpful and knowledgable and the quality is amazing.

First and most important, the quality of the work was wonderful. I had a paper/​tape bound volume that they rebound in a beautiful hard cover, so it is now display worthy and will last for generations. They had a great selection of materials, and it ended up looking even better than I pictured ahead of time.
Second, the service was great and Scott was fantastic to work with. Incredibly nice person, and very willing to be flexible with time. I definitely gave him a rush job, and there were no problems. I found myself scouring my home for more things to bind when I returned with my new book.

I’ve been here twice now and went away very happy with the results. I have had lots of problems with other places I had gone in the past so I really appreciate the clarity that has come from them. The part I really like is they are fairly close to me. I wish I would had known about them long ago.

I initially contacted Phil regarding a book experiencing a slight problem with the glue beginning to separate from the spine. He suggested I first attempt to do it myself prior to bringing it in considering it was an easy fix. Needless to say, I appreciated the honesty and instructional guidance but decided I was more comfortable with a professional touch. A week later, I called him again and asked if he was available to see what he could do with the book. He immediately invited me down and welcomed me with a handshake when I arrived. The best part was that he completed the job as soon as I handed it over to him (five to ten minutes total). In addition, I was greeted by another employee with the same professional demeanor asking whether or not I’ve been assisted. I explained I was already being helped but appreciated his concern. Long story short, the customer service was fantastic and resulted in me walking out as a regular. Thanks again for your help and for a job well done!

Lovely, lovely work and such nice people. I’ve entrusted them with small projects (keepsake volumes for my niece and nephew) and big (a full run of a magazine I worked on, including a couple of irreplaceable issues, now with library-​quality bindings) and I’ve gotten great results every time. It’s not going to happen for you at Kinko’s speed or whatever, but if you want beautiful, lasting binding work, this is most definitely the place.

I love working with these guys! They are always laid back yet prompt with their service. We needed to make some manuals for work and they were easy to work with and affordable. The finished product looked great. I will continue to use Phil’s!
