It was good Phở. If you’re in the mood for some good Phở and are in the Capital Hill Area you would be wise beyond your years to eat here. There is something to be said about simplicity in today’s world. Eat well, Grasshopper.

Run by a very sweet and adorable family. The avocado smoothie is my favorite treat here. All their phở is great. Service is a zillion times better than Phở Cyclo on Broadway. This is one of my favorite Phở spots on the hill. Always makes me happy to come here for breakfast.

I love coming here on a rainy weekend afternoon. The phở is reliably good, service is super quick, the staff is so nice and welcoming, and the space is always calm and quiet. It’s definitely no-frills, but that’s a good sign at a phở place. Perfect place to nurse a hangover.

Fast service, polite staff, great broth. I will be coming back to get phở on a rainy day! I might also add that the prices are so great for what you get!

Came in for the filet mignon phở. I wasn’t impressed with the broth because it had a slight buttery smell(there should be no butter in phở!!), but the meat was a solid 10. It was so soft!!! The reason I took off another star was because of(lack of) service. I came at an off time, but still literally had to hunt down my waiter to pay the bill.

The best phở I’ve tried so far. It’s sooooo good. The feel of the restaurant itself is like going to a relatives house, warm and inviting. The staff is always so friendly, especially the owner. Oh my gahhh! Just go try it. Life changing people.

I’ve never seen a bowl of soup come out quicker. Cute family run joint pumping out what you want when only a bowl of phở will do. Day after drinking meal to bring you back to life? Done and done!

Pretty much here every day. There’s only phở, spring/eggrolls and beverages but I don’t mind. Food is always good(the tofu spring rolls and peanut sauce are a bit bland, but for some reason I really enjoy them for that). The phở always comes out super fast and really hot. I tend to judge phở places by their chili sauce and their dry chili oil here is my fave and one of the main reasons I started coming back regularly. The ambience is very quiet, no music, quiet conversation, which I love — it’s so peaceful. There’s no WiFi but there is a Comcast xfinity cloud over most of the hill which works most of the time(if you have a Comcast login) so if I’m between classes I can do computer work while eating. The staff are also amazing, so so nice, it feels like you’re at your aunt and uncle’s house. If they close down once the block gets torn down for more yuppie condos, I will probably cry. I will probably be there crying when they start knocking the building down, somebody’s going to have to drag me out.

Best phở in Seattle! Can’t praise the roast chicken phở enough. If you’re looking for a casual, delicious quick bite, this is the place for you.

Great broth, fast service. Seems to be a family run business which is great, and from walking in, ordering, and taking out takes less than 5 minutes; and large portions too. Small sized Phở is always 2 meals for me. $.50 charge for cards, so bring cash.

A steaming bowl of phở was the PERFECT food for a cold, drizzly afternoon! The veggie phở(rice noodles, tofu, and veggies) and ginseng tea were delicious. The soup wasn’t the most flavorful by itself, but I love adding lime juice and spicy condiments to my taste.

Broth was strange. Needed to add hot water for it to be tolerable. Spring roll was not wrapped well, peanut sauce tasted like constarch water with peanut butter. Place was also kinda dirty

I very rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to for Phở Le’s. I absolutely love Phở. It is my #1 comfort food. I have conservatively been to 25+ Phở restaurants all over Seattle, searching for the best bowl of Phở. In 6 years, I have not found a better place than Phở Le’s. The meat is rare and tender, the noodles are cooked just right and the broth is delicious. I just wish they’d open a spot in Maple Leaf!

This is my favorite phở place when I’m hungover.(Just being honest) I usually opt for the medium size and the bf goes for a large(but he can REALLY eat). Flavor and meat quality is consistent, cleanliness is better than most phở places I’ve been to. Plus the owners are really nice!

One of my favorite phở places on the hill! The service is great and the food comes out quick and hot. The phở broth is some of my favorite that I’ve had in Seattle, and no matter what kind of Phở you choose you’re guaranteed to have a full bowl and a full belly. Super place for lunch!
