Pipe Palace

Was told by a rude salesman that my purchase was only $ 6.99. Didn’t really pay attention to my receipt when I signed (my bad) since I was chatting with a friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in 17 years. When I got home I realized that I was charged almost twice what he told me the price was. $ 12.00 for a beanie hat? I don’t think so, but like their receipt says «This place SUCKS»

Some of the stuff are kind of rude or grumpy. They act annoyed if you ask more than one question. The prices are also pretty high too.

was in Seattle visiting relatives and always like to check out a smoke shop or two when ever I travel. This place was super impressive and had an awesome selection! Very good prices as well (based on what I’m used to). As I walked in the door I was greeted by a very pleasant and upbeat girl that asked if I needed any help finding anything. She was very accommodating and really knew her stuff. I didn’t anticipate buying anything that day but I ended up leaving with a really nice little waterpipe. I’ll have to ship it home but it’s totally worth it for the money I saved! If you’re in the area and looking for a good shop u should definitely check these guys out!

Don’t buy ecig stuff here, I bought an ecig there it stopped working after a week, I had just bought the same exact one which lasted several months. The wicks were brand new, everything was still brand new it just was obviously defective. When I called to see if I could get a replacement or have them look at it, they talked to me completely disrespectfully saying and I quote «listen lady, stuff you buy doesn’t always pan out» wow great customer service thanks. A simple solution that could have been resolved for a few bucks on there end to keep a customer happy, instead they insulted me and told me I was yelling at them. I was shocked, I never raised my voice or even got upset, I was just talking to them about a problem with something I bought there. I was shocked enough by the way they treated me to write a review. Total rip off go see someone who knows what they’re talking about and care enough to listen to you if you have an issue not insult you.

This place has a decent selection.
Prices are fair.
It is Tourist market heavy.
Just a side note.
The service was lousy.
Walk in door… ignored by multiple employees.
find what I need without help or being asked for any.
I ask for something in the display case… get an attitude.
I grew up in Seattle and am an old school smoker.
Let the tourists shop here.
They are better shops with employees who actually care in every part of Seattle.

These guys are awesome, knowledgable, and friendly. John (?) helped my girlfriend and i with purchasing a vaporizer. He was low pressure while also providing me with all the pertinent information necessary to ensure I was making the best choice for my needs. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful customer service, I will be going to only Pipe Palace for all my smoke shop needs!

For such a small space, they definitely fill this store with an impressive amount of items! I work in downtown Seattle, and found myself curious about this shop after looking for smoke/​pipe stores in downtown Seattle. I usually don’t venture to the market often, as it is so crowded, but after I was able to locate it, I was glad I came.
There were 5 or 6 people being helped by two workers, but they still warmly greeted me and were eager to help me find whatever it was I was looking for. I told the man working there that I was looking for something unique, but still your standard pipe. He noticed I am rather «girly» and recommend something so perfect you would think he knew me well. Glitter pipes!!! That you can FREEZE! And that glow in the dark!!! Oh, it made my day.
They had everything from hookahs to bongs, pipes, bubblers, and tons of other goods. I would love to come here more often if they weren’t in the overly-​crowded market, but I will still return none the less! The people there were so pleasant and helpful, and despite their enviable location in such a tourist location, they still took the time to help each customer and not force you to wait.
If you happen to be by the market, I’d recommend this store, even if you don’t smoke. Definitely worth a visit!
