Scammed, i paid for 4 WRAPS rec’d only 1, was told thru numerous EMAILS that they were behind and would ship ASAP, then told the Quality was POOR and had to resubmit, the replies stopped. I was in contact with them for over 1 year. I even thought about stopping by their office in Seattle when i visit.
I also heard they are doing business under other names but can’t find that info. Does anyone know if they are still in Seattle under PIXWRAPS or what other names are they DBA?

SUCK!!! TOTALLY SUCK!!! Basically you could say they either don’t have customer service, or it, the service is totally near the bottom. I’m a photographer, got a coupon for them online, upload the image, dude tells me he’s going to email me the cropped image, does he? OF COURSE NOT. The finished project SUCKED! This company SUCKS. I will never use them ever again.

This Company is a Scam!!! Beware. I ordered $ 250 in Canvases and received nothing. And this is dating back to December. I filed a grievance with Better Business Bureau and the process is started. I hate taking companies like this to small claims but it seems like it may be the next step. Do not do business with this company, you will be ripped off. Read all the other reviews below.
FYI-​The 1888 number does not work and they do not respond to emails or the contact us form on their website. Do not give them a credit card…

One star is too much!
This company is stealing money from everyone who bought coupons from them. I have been trying for over 3 months to contact them as well as the company that sold the coupons and it’s all for nothing. They deliberately ignore me and everyone else trying to get redeemed, even if for just the amount of the coupon. It’s ridiculous!

I can’t believe any company would risk so much by just ignoring their paid customers and providing NO print, no refund, not even the amount for another full price print. Nothing. Just take the money and keep it. I’m appalled.

Buyer beware. This company will rip you off. I really hope they go out of business. I ordered early November– 2 canvas prints. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I ended up scrambling to buy other gifts. They never responded to any of my emails and never picked up when I called.
I just got a mass email from them and unsubscribed. Seriously? They think I’m going to order from them after that last fiasco? I’m just lucky the coupon site that I bought the canvases from actually refunded me, or else I would be out $ 50.
Pixwraps? You’re worthless.

When I emailed to check the status of the original (on the expected ship date ¹²⁄₂₀), and my new freebie, I was told that my freebie was revoked due to my previous review. And that my original would be completed asap.
Still nothing. I requested supervisor info from Jenny and got nothing.

Wow The absolute worst. Ordered two Canvas Pictures on 8÷13÷12. as of 11÷27÷12 nothing. Spoke to Nicole in Customer Service today. It has taken this long to talk to anyone after several emails and calls.
Nicole informed me that she would start the process today. She was extremely rude and condescending. I was hoping to give the canvas as Christmas Gifts. You would think that ordering them in August would have been early enough.
I asked to speak to someone a little less hostile. Nicole has obviously been chuggin the hateraid today. She curtly told me that the buck stops with her. I have resigned myself that I will never see these canvas prints.
Avoid at all cost. would give them a ZERO if I could.

I was so excited about the iPhone case I ordered but NO ONE will even respond to tell me when I can expect it. It has been MONTHS! I have called (No answer), emailed (no response) and submitting help desk notices through their site (They say they will be assigned and then NEVER do!)
This case better come at some point and better be amazing!

I have been trying to get an order that was placed last July! I have attempted to use their online support system. but nobody ever contacted me through that system. I have made multiple phone calls to customer service where each time over the past several months I get the same response— We apologize, we are are backed up, we have moved, you should get shipping info within a 2 weeks. Two weeks passes and nothing and so we start the cycle again.
I know that Rachel, who seems to be a sweet person is getting really tired of me calling, expressing my frustration, and letting her know what date I have on my calenar to call her back as we just seem to be stuck in a Groundhog-​Day like experience on this!
Pixwraps management — Please help me! I would like to get my iPhone 4 case that I paid for in May.

Purchased 5 canvases from them — and the quality of the the prints, and the frames, is excellent, worthy of 5 stars, but 2 issues I had:
1 — Workflow of their website for uploading images and placing the order was very awkward — I had to do it a few times to figure it out and get it right.
2 — Took forever to get the prints (nearly 2 months)
I was not in a rush so had no problem waiting, but didn’t like the lack of communication when I they didn’t come within the anticipated 3 – 4 weeks.
I did though just get an email from the CEO about improvements they are making, and because of the quality of the what we got, will give them another shot in the coming months with some more of my kids artwork I want to print and get on the walls.

They’re getting better on the customer service thing and Andrew is AWESOME!

I never received my canvas print and when you email them, no response (even if they say they will respond in 24 hours)
When you call them, there is no human being there, It will tell you to email them.

Product Review: Ordered a custom made iPhone case. For what they charge, it’s not bad. I did get a voucher from
. I ordered the case and emailed in my photo with order number. It’s been over 2 months and it hasn’t shipped. i have called to get the status three times. The first 2 times, they said cases are printed once per week, and couldn’t explain why my order wasn’t made and shipped. The third time, the agent put a «rush» on the order, and within a few days I have a shipping confirmation.
Quality of the product, it’s good, but Uncommon is better.
Shipping time is horrible, they seem to still be disorganized, as it’s obvious their customer service is routed to their agent’s cell phone when you get the ‘attempting to locate sprint customer’ message before connecting to the agent.
Needless to say, I’ll probably never order ANYTHING at full price from them.

I don’t know if I am more frustrated with myself for not reading reviews about PixWraps prior to buying a DailyCandy deal or with DailyCandy for not doing their research for their customers. It will be me since DailyCandy has refunded my money.
I have had the same experience as everyone else here. Minus one on a scale of one to ten. They made a feeble attempt to respond to me once then never again. I’ve tried numerous times to get a direct response… silence.
They have done nothing to earn a customer’s business other than building a deceptive website.

These folks went through some awkward growing pains, and many people suffered while they did it. I was one of them. Three months of bs.
When they finally moved beyond blaming me, lying and making excuses, my canvas was completed and delivered in a few days and it looks great.
I would give them another shot (with another coupon).

Languishing in customer service limbo. No one replying to emails, no return calls from my voice mails and my order is 3+ weeks old now.
Looks like someone wanted to cash in on a bunch of voucher sites and not actually provide and product for the money.

Time to update my review. For those keeping score — my first review was bad because they were terrible, our order didn’t arrive, they lost it, and customer service was a joke.
My second review came after the CEO contacted me and helped work with me to resolve the issue and have the canvasses arrive in time. 5 arrived damaged, so he offered us vouchers to reprint.
Here’s the reprint review. I placed the order two weeks ago for a canvas print. I heard nothing, not even a confirmation of order, and when I logged in it just said «unfulfilled» — for two weeks. I emailed, and have not, as yet, received a reply.
I’m guessing I’ll never see that canvas, from the way this is going. In addition, one of my friends also bought their 10 canvasses for $ 260 deal only to find she was charged an additional $ 550! She’s been trying to get the CEO, Andrew Simmons, to answer her emails and reverse the charges but he just continues to ignore her or give her excuses about ‘family emergencies’ and that he’ll «deal with her» (those were actually his words!) later in the week — only to hear nothing from him. She’s had to file for a chargeback with VISA.
I’m starting to think that even the reprint canvasses are not worth bothering with for the headache that this place causes. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business — has anyone ever received their orders?! or is Canada some black hole for these people where they don’t answer emails or calls, and block you from facebook when you’re left with no alternative but to ‘air your dirty laundry’ by calling them out in a public forum.

Non-​Existent Customer Service!
Bought a Saveology deal for PixWraps on ⁶⁄₅. Got voucher on ⁶⁄₆. Tried to place order and voucher would not apply. Reached out to Saveology and they got the vendor to fix it on ⁶⁄₇. I immediately put in my order (a father’s day gift) and got an email confirmation that said the directions to upload would be «below» in the email. There were no directions. Put in a support ticket, and attached file same day on June 7^th. Despite a followup ticket request, and a phone call, I have not heard back and it’s been a week.
I’ve reached out to Saveology and they’re investigating. I am NOT HAPPY with PixWraps… hoping Saveology will refund my voucher and I can take my business elsewhere.
