Pizza Hut

I’m giving this place 0 stars.
I called for delivery and when I went to repeat the order to make sure the guy got it correct, he told me, «yea yea I got.» I reiterated to him I would like the order repeated to make sure he got it correct, but he was rude and short.
At the end when he told me the delivery time, I went to inquire about why it would take so long on an offday, without giving any explanation, he hung up on me.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced, I’ll probably not be ordering from this place or Pizza Hut in general again.

Wish I could give a worse review. I went online to order some pizzas for some government employees who are working on Sunday. Got the confirmation email that said pick up your pizzas at 10:15 am. The hours listed on the website said they were open from 10 am to 11pm. I get exactly 30 minutes for lunch. Left to pick up pizzas by 10:15 and was greeted by a surly pizza hut employee behind the counter, behind locked doors. I tried to tell him that I ordered online and had been told to pick up at 10:15. His reply: «I don’t care, we don’t open until 10:30». That’s it. Go away, I don’t care.
Lunch break wasted. Went back to work with nothing for 5 people to eat. Way to go Pizza Hut. Rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a Pizza Hut. I won’t be returning to this location and will post a notice in my building so the other 400 people who work here and frequent that location know not to return either.
The employee that sent me away with an «I don’t care» was a male with dark hair and glasses… in case management would like to speak with him about his terrible customer service skills… of which he has none.

My family and I get pizza from this location at least once a week only because it’s the closest to our house. The service at this location is HORRIBLE and it is all because of one person, Kay. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. It can be slammed in there and instead of tending to the customers, you can hear her flirting with the guys in the back, I’ve walked in on her eating a Vietnamese sandwich while «working». We had to stop phoning in our orders because she wasn’t putting it under the right phone number or name. She only checks the order in front of the customer if they are Mexican; otherwise she pretty much tosses the box on the table and walks away. I’ve had to go back to get my order corrected and when the manager told her to put a credit in my account, it never shows up and it becomes a whole new fight with them. Tonight when I called and asked to speak to the manager, she told me that she was and that she was the only one. She finally came clean when I told her that I know that there is a male who’s the manager. She then tells me that he is not there but refused to give me his name or when he’ll be available for me to call back. I am sick of the service and attitude. If you look at the reviews for this store, EVERYONE says the same thing about her. Something needs to be done because this is not right.

Even though they had my name incorrect on my order it was ready when I arrived and the customer service was amazing … I appreciate and upbeat business after a long day at work. Thank you

Yesterday, I decided to order pizza for my class as it was our last class and we were having a pot luck. I picked pizza hut because I love their pizza, and figured that my class would enjoy it as well. I ordered online, and scheduled a delivery time of 6:15. At 6:30, I called to see where the pizzas were, and was told the driver was on his way. Okay, no big deal. At around 7, the driver called me to say he was in front of room 106, which was my classroom number. Well, I don’t know what room 106 he was standing outside of, because it wasn’t mine. So then he asked me to meet him in the lobby. I made my way to the lobby, and no pizza. I asked him which lobby he was in and he said «University of Phoenix.» He then said something unintelligible and hung up. I don’t know which lobby he was in, because it wasn’t mine. So finally at 7:06 I called the manager to let him know that his driver could not find my building. (Why hadn’t the driver called the store for directions??) When I spoke to the manager, he said that the driver had gone all the way back to the store first, and then attempted to re-​deliver my pizzas after not being able to get a hold of me. The first time he had actually attempted to get a hold of me was when he called to say he was in the lobby. Finally, after three separate phone calls to the driver, the manager was able to relay to the driver the directions of my building (he was not even anywhere close to my location) The pizzas showed up at 7:45, an hour and a half late and cold. The driver offered to take them back and bring fresh pizzas, but I didn’t feel like waiting another hour for pizza. The manager was great and didn’t charge me for the pizzas, but we were all disappointed at having had to wait so long for the pizzas to arrive, which is why I had ordered online and set a delivery time in the first place. I will be very hesitant to use this Pizza Hut store in the future.

I enjoy Pizza Hut food & their selection is great but this store is bogus. I live literally 3 minutes from it, & I ordered a pizza at 2:08pm on a Tuesday, estimated time to arrive was 2:47pm. I called them at 2:46pm to check in & the guy was just leaving the place with the pizza, sounds good… until it was 3:25pm & I had to go pick someone up. Almost 40 minutes after leaving the store & the pizza didn’t arrive yet? No calls or anything from the driver? Yeah, we called back & cancelled the order & went with a local chain that was delicious. They weren’t even apologetic or anything. At least have good customer service when you f*ck up! All we ordered was a $ 10 box pizza dinner. Pick up the pace because Seattle has a billion places to eat, Pizza Hut.

Just a regular Pizza Hut, we order carry out a lot here, I love their Pan crust, yummy, oily, fattening and delicious! Pretty good on time and we have never had a problem with carry out. Theyre fair with their toppings and they always have great deals on their site. Such as the $ 11 any size any pizza that I recently ordered.
Their customer service is regular, not very personable but I dont blame them, I dont think its an easy job with it being located in a sketchy part of the little city of Tukwila.
Anywho if you plan on carrying out, just be on the look out of your surroundings. This street is known for crime and prostitution. But overall the business is fine here! =)
