We’ve been taking our clothes here since before we we graduated college– from pre– blue to white collar. Consistent price and quality! No need to look around– these folks will take care of you if you are kind to them. Forever.

My fault for not asking. I assumed there was a bell curve for rates, like most every Industry in the world. But in Greenwood, it appears we have a rogue.
I’ve had some alteration work done previously and hadn’t noticed any usury with those transactions.
Nice hangers.
Enough said.

I too will not use Plaza Cleaners again. I gave them a short sleeve blouse to dry clean. They charged me $ 8.41. Really, $ 8.41? What a rip off.

I gave Plaza cleaners a set of curtains to dry clean. When I picked them up, everything seemed fine. But, when I got them home, I saw that the insides were shredded. Before cleaning, they blocked most sunlight. Now, the inside lining has been destroyed so that light blasts through. I returned the curtains to show them the damage and ask why they hadn’t told me about the problem. It was very difficult to communicate with the owner and his wife. English is not their first language. He offered a 50% refund for the cleaning (and nothing to replace the curtains). But, I asked for a full refund. They finally wrote me a check for the whole cleaning cost. But, I still need to buy new curtains. I will not be using Plaza cleaners again.
