It was ok food. It sustained my life force but it was expensive and my burger was burnt when I got it medium. Just a good location from EMP.

Nice little place. Great good that is moderately priced, especially since it’s within the EMP museum. I recommend the soup since it’s $ 4-$ 7 depending on the size and is very filling. The burgers are around $ 15 and are the usual size. I wouldn’t splurge on one of those unless you’re REALLY in the mood for one. They also have salads and things like cookies, too. Good variety for a small place. I had the curry chicken wrap with was great. Reminded me of my time in Scotland like«coronation chicken,» if you’re familiar with that dish. The chips that they include with burgers and wraps are homemade ranch flavored chips. I usually HATE ranch dressing flavored things but these were fabulous. They also have coffee, juice, and other drinks(including alcoholic ones). If you see something on the big screen upstairs, you’re allowed to bring the food in(except for the alcohol).

Not a place you would go unless you are already at the EMP museum. We had apps, and they were okay nothing was wrong with them, but nothing really great either. If your hungry and at the museum, it will do. Don’t expect anything great and you’ll be just fine.

The food took 25 minutes and all but one thing came out cold. I ordered a grilled cheese with a salad on the side and the salad only had ½ a tomato! Although it is in a cool building, I would not recommend pop kitchen

We’ve been to the EMP Museum a couple of times before, but yesterday was the first time we had a meal at this restaurant inside the museum. Not too many choices on the menu, but from what we had, the food was pretty good! The Cali burger was juicy and flavorful. It came with a side of warmed chips that were crunchy and tasty. The Roasted Mushroom pizza was delicious! Loved the blend of cheeses in it, as well as the crimini mushrooms. Crust was perfect. Not too thick or thin, and not overly hard or soft. Overall, a great place to grab lunch or a quick bite while at the museum!

Taking a toddler anywhere is a challenge but helpful people make it easier! The staff here were awesome! My kid loved the food, large portions.

Came in on a Monday, Served by James and Chance, sorry 3rd guy… Service was on point! The clam chowder needs some work but has potential. The pesto grilled 4 cheese sandwich was very delicious, and the pulled pork pizza was so good I wish I would’ve ordered a 2nd one to go. The drinks were also fantastic. It would be a 4 star review but our servers really made it an experience worthy of 5 stars! Thanks Guys!

Whilst I did appreciate the jaunty red spike fence, I would have preferred an additional variety of shaved cheese to complete the sensory roller coaster that was my Mac and cheese. I was unnerved by the succession of duck shaped vehicles loudly parading by filled with unnaturally enthusiastic humans. One of them even revealed his buttocks to me, although that could have been a cheese Induced«vision».

I was pretty impressed. For a Café hidden inside the EMP museum, I was expecting something far less than what I was served. The Chicken Pesto Pizza was really good, which what Tasted like Goat cheese I’d go back for it. I feel like was tad overpriced, but again for a Museum café I was thoroughly impressed.

Very pricey food full of oil and salt. Stay away if you can. Chips they severed were also full of salt. I asked the server about the quality and her reaction was its the way it is. !

A decent place to grab a snack after seeing the EMP museum. The parmesan fries are super yummy if you like cheese and garlic. I got the Pop Burger and it was cooked just right and juicy with all the fixings. They have craft sodas & teas if the bar isn’t what you’re looking for.

Modern, Interesting environment. Cost effective kids menu, but the veggie burger is bland, Pop burger also not good, garlic fries not good. The food looks presentable, but is just not good!

Stopped in for a snack on a Sunday afternoon after spending the day at EMP. Sat at the bar and was greeted my the nicest bartender(Emily?). She was so nice, she offers suggestions and I settled on a Bloody Mary. It was amazing! See the picture. I just had a side of the Garlic Fries but they were so full of flavor and a good portion. I noticed when she was talking to the people next to me, she was so knowledgeable about all the beers. She even suggested a local vodka. She really knew her stuff! The food and cocktail were great and the service was better.

Great break from a great museum. Amazingly good and unique butternut squash soup. Fresh delicious French fries. Go even if not visiting the museum

Went to get a quick drink at the EMP museum before the Star Wars exhibit. Because you know… Now, the staff at a drinking establishment really makes or breaks a place. Anyplace can go and make a good drink, infuse well, blah blah blah. But James, our bartender, was amazing. Out of his way friendly(or maybe that’s his way?) and able to take some friendly jabbing(sorry, Seahawk fans!) and served up some super nice drinks. The rosemary infused vodka they had there was awesome. Made for a great mule. Pretty good tap selection too. The Parmesan fries were surprisingly inexpensive and damn good. The force was certainly with us as we left for the museum…

There aren’t a lot of options for a sit down restaurant near the Space Needle. A little odd considering the amount of tourists that must visit each year? In any case, Pop is one of those few sit down options close to the needle. The atmosphere is okay but the food and service is average at best. The food isn’t bad but it’s not good either. Hence, the 3 stars… here’s hoping they improve their menu and selection.

Stopped by here to grab some coffee. Disappointed enough to write a review. Out of our 6 person group, 3 of us were getting coffee. 2 of us ordered together and 1 girl ordered on her own. Even though we ordered at the same time, she got her latte almost immediately, which is fine. After a while, we noticed that our drinks weren’t coming, so I went up to the counter and asked what the status was. A younger guy who was folding silverware into a napkin told me that he was«working on it right now» and that it’d be just a minute. A bit later he walks up to the espresso machine with this confused look on his face. He asks«so just regular lattes?», because apparently there is no communication at all in this kitchen. I inform him they’re actually vanilla lattes. He looks down at a slip of paper and said, «but this receipt says… caramel?». The ladies behind us chime in that those are their drinks, and that they’ve also been waiting quite a while. He hands me two 12oz lattes. We ordered 16oz lattes. «Oh, okay. I’ll just add more milk». So, anyone working in that position should know that just adding more milk isn’t the recipe(you need to add an additional shot for that size), so when we finally got our drinks they were really milky and tasted terrible. Seriously, avoid this place. Get your coffee or meals literally anywhere else. The whole time this kid blindly fumbled with the espresso machine, there were two guys goofing off and generally ignoring their jobs just down the bar. Terrible. Will never go here again.

Burger with garlic fries and mannys IPA for $ 22. If u ask me, price is too high for this kind of meal. Burger was finished in 3 bites. The only good thing were the garlic fries. They know that after a walking around the exhibit u will either be hungry or thirsty. Knowing this and jacking up the price is not cool
