The curry and chicken pies are fantastic. Great customer service as well. Try the amber ale with your pie! :-)

Got Chicken Pot Pie and it was tasty — nothing surprising or noteable really, just a solid chicken pot pie. I’d say for $ 7 it’s kind of small, but if I were super craving a meat pie I’d probably come back.

One of our go to places. The beef with mushroom and lamb curry are our favorites. Fantastic!

I’ve been enjoying these meat pies for years at The Great Dickens Christmas Fair. The steak & mushroom was always my favorite… until they came out with the lamb curry! Don’t pass up a chance to have a truly delicious and hearty meal.

Grateful for fellow Unilocalers recommending this spot – it was the perfect bite to eat while letting the little people watch the train winter wonderland at the Armory. The service was very friendly and the curried lamb pie was delicious and well balanced. It was more memorable than Pacific Pie Company in Portland. If only they had a street front location I would be stopping by more often :).

ERMAHGURD! Meat pies year round!!! These pies are the bomb. The Scottish Meat Pie is my personal favorite, with the chicken coming a close second. Hold it in your hand, bite it, poke it with a fork. It’s gone before you know it because it’s just so tasty. For years they’ve been available at Dickens Fair and I wait all year to get them. If only they had a drive through, it would be utter perfection.

These are the real deal, I have enjoyed these pies for years at other venues. They are delicious and just the right size. I have been traveling in England and have found that these are very close to those I have had in pubs and shops for London to Galway. Stratford to Salisbury. Best wishes and happy eating on this new adventure. I do hope they open one in the San Francisco Bay area at some point so I can enjoy these tasty treats more often.

The first time I met one of their Chicken pies I was in love. I have been eating their pies at every opportunity since. Whether thru the back door where they feed us actors at Dickens fair or thru the window at Southern Fair or whatever event I run into them at I find myself returning to these flaky delectable pies. My current favorite is the Lamb Curry Pie. NOMNOMNOMNOM.

YUM. I have been enjoying the pies these folks make for many years at the Great Dickens Christmas Fair here in San Francisco and at the Northern California Renaissance Faire in Hollister every year. I am a performer at both of these venues and I can tell you that as soon as they open their shop, I am in line to get the pies that I crave every year. My favorite is Shepard’s pie but I also love the Cottage and Curry Lamb. Everything they make is delicious. You would not be sorry to give them a try and you may find a new addiction of your own.

A new branch of my favorite food at the Dickens Christmas Fair! For years at the Dickens Fair at the Cow Palace in San Francisco I have been eating their tasty meat pies at least once a day. ALL the pies are good, but I have a special fondness for the steak pie and the shepherd’s pie. Good flaky crust HOT interiors, just the thing for a cold Seattle day(or a cold Cow Palace/London day)

Full disclosure: I’ve not been to this specific shop BUT I have been eating the pies these folks make for years. They make some of the best meat pies I’ve ever had, my favorite is the Curry Lamb, which I always get one of whenever they’ve setup shop at an event I’m attending. I also love the Scottish Pie and the Shepherds. I don’t know how they do it but the crust is the perfect mixture of flakey but still holding together so it doesn’t explode in your hands. Give these folks a go, I strongly recommend it. I wish they had a storefront near me but I know the next time I’m up in Seattle I’ll be visiting to overeat.

Our family has been enjoying these savory meat pies for over 15 years! We can’t get enough of them! We chase them around Celtic festivals throughout AZ and can’t wait to have them again this upcoming summer in WA.

These guys are one and the same as Heritage Meat Pies and travel to festivals all over. My gf and I had the pleasure the first time a couple years ago at a holiday fest called Dicken’s Fair in San Francisco. We now go a couple times each year… and eat about 3 – 5 pies each day if they don’t run out. No lie or exaggeration, these pies are the best pies we’ve had. We bought a box of 36(!) this year to hold us over for a while until next year.

Seattle is so lucky!!! My wife is Scottish and we experienced the excellent pies whilst at the Scottish games in Pleasanton California. All the traditional crisp crusts and hearty filling, aromatic spices. I encourage you to support the venue if you enjoy good food and awesome service!

What’s not to love about a classic British meat pie?! Tender, flaky crust and perfectly seasoned, succulent meat… you won’t find anything like this anywhere else in Seattle(outside of a Celtic Festival)! These pies are crazy good!!!

Brilliant and expertly made meat pies in the style of British pocket pies. I absolutley crave these pies and when they take their show on the road, I buy them frozen in bulk to take home until I see them again! My favorite is always the Shepherd’s Pie, and my son loves the lamb in the Scottish mest pie. You wont be disappointed if you love home cooking style foods, and comfort food. This hits the spot every time.

Hands down the best meat pies I’ve had in the Pacific Northwest. The Scottish pies had a generous stuffing of meat, nicely spiced and mixed with oats. Plenty of other traditional and nontraditional flavored. What really impressed me was the crust, which was thin but sturdy, with crisp and solid bits in all the right places. No mean feat. A bonus was Mexican Coke. Ignore the low star ratings and check these guys out.

Blurry-eyed and starving, I tripped my way to their counter 7bucks for a extremely small portion of shepherd’s pie. I would be afraid to bring grandparents here because these my choke or crack a tooth on the outer shell(I first thou not was a cardboard container. Seriously, I have to go to another vendor within the Armory to save myself from low blood sugar.

Sadly the two star review from Shila was for the old pie shop which has closed. This place is brand new. This new place is much better aswell. I had a steak and mushroom pie, and a sausage roll. The pastry is flaky and delicious, just like a real English meat pie. Both were quit good and my family is English. HP sauce to go with, yum. Don’t go expecting the best pie of your life. It is a delicious, solid, quick lunch.

Located inside the Armory section of the Seattle Center. I came here last year for Bumbershoot 2014 and I was very very disappointed in the pies. There wasn’t any flavor in the meat itself. It was very bland.
