Pristine Carpet Cleaning

This wasn’t about the service but the communication. I called three times the number on Unilocal and all go to voice mail which is full. A Thursday morning and afternoon. I am very impressed by all the good reviews and would like to have a try but unable to reach them push me to other companies.

I dropped the ball scheduling a carpet cleaner before my move out date. This company was great. They squeezed me in on a Saturday. I was given a window of 12−2pm. Travis called around 10:30 and stated he was ahead of schedule and asked if could come early or just wait. Which worked out great coming early. We couldn’t have been happier with how great the carpets turned out. We will definitely be calling these guys again soon.

These Guys are truly unbelievable, I didnt think anyone could get my carpet this clean! I have had carpet cleaners back in the day that did my carpets and they are in and out within 45 minutes and the carpets don’t stay clean long. This company took their time (2 hours) and did a great job. I didnt think the pet stains would come out, but they really went above and beyond the call of duty and got them out, somehow. Months later they still look good! I would definitly recommend Pristine to anyone, with confidence. I will certainly call them next time I need cleaning!

I had recently house trained my dog, and afterwards, I could still see stains from her accidents. I asked around, and a friend recommended these guys, and I’m glad! The carpet is clean, smells nice, and they were prompt and inexpensive. I’m sure I will use them again.

I have tried other carpet cleaning companies in the last — more notably, the larger more recognized companies. They did a decent job but service was always missing that little something. I tried Pristine because not only do they have great reviews but they are also well priced. The technician that came to lean my carpets was really nice and courteous and Made sure he addressed an «problem» areas that could potentially cause an issue before I moved out of my place… It was a great experience overall and my carpets look brand new. The people that were supposed to clean my carpets cancelled at the last minute. My landlord was coming the next day to inspect, so I could get my deposit back. I called Pristine and they were able to squeeze me in the next afternoon.

I needed to get the carpets cleaned on an apartment I was moving out of and a friend recommended Pristine. The service was fast and very good for a good price. The workers were friendly when we met them and it was all over a great experience! I would definitely recommend this service if you’re messy like me and need the carpets cleaned :)

I’ve used Travis and his crew on several occasions. They always show up on time, if they are running even the slightest bit late, they will call well in advance which really helps.
The crew is always extremely friendly and courteous and the cleanings themselves are as good if not better than any other carpet/​upholstery cleaning services I’ve ever hired.
My biggest fear when hiring one of these companies is that they’ll lure you in with a low price and then tack on a bunch of unnecessary extras at the time of service. Not so with Pristine. These guys don’t disappoint.

The owner answered the phone when I called which I appreciate. He called me on the day of the appointment to confirm and was punctual. He was very nice and had a non-​threatening demeanor (something that is important to me because he has to come into my home!).
I felt comfortable having him in my home. His professionalism made me comfortable while I took care of my small children. The carpet and couches look great! The price was really good compared to other carpet cleaning companies. I would totally recommend Pristine carpet cleaning! I will definitely be using them in the future!

I have used other services where i have had to go back behind and do some spot clean follow up, Pristine did an amazing job and left my floors perfect with no follow up and no overly scented shampoos. I have cats and, though they are generally responsible for themselves, every once in a while my carpets start to stink. Normally I use a lot of over the counter or at home solutions to try and stay on top of the smells in the carpet, but I decided to try Pristine this time due to a busy schedule.
I was impressed with the quality of customer service and their adherence to the time of the appointment. Their quality of cleaning was excellent as well. They did a thorough job on the stains and smells. I can’t remember the last time my house felt so fresh!

Most of the stains were removed. I was impressed. A few stains they were unable to remove and they discussed that with me from the beginning. They were able to lighten them. It took longer than I expected for all of the areas to dry completely. (more than 12 hours) Details on drying times were not discussed so I didn’t know what to expect. We were told to try not to walk on the carpet until it was dry. With the length of time it took to that made it very difficult since those are our bedrooms. Overall, I was still pleased and would still use their carpet cleaning services again.

Having just moved to Seattle from Miami, I was a little nervous on the type of service and quote I would receive (South Florida is notorious for scams and poor customer service). Wow! Did I move to the right city, the team at Pristine treated me so well. Confirmed there arrival time and showed up when they said. The carpet cleaning was even better then the customer service (and that’s saying a lot), not only did they do an amazing job on some stains I thought would never go away, but they left the place cleaner then when they arrived. I will definitely be using Pristine Carpet Cleaning for our next Spring Cleaning. A+

I am really glad I choose this company to come and clean my carpets. I have been trying to various stains out of my carpets including spills, pet accidents, and various ware and tare stains. In the process, I made it worse with various self cleaning products and thought my entire carpeting was going to have to be replaced. I called Pristine Carpet Cleaning and they were fast, professional and affordable. They made my carpeting throughout my home look amazingly new. I plan on recommending them to friends and family members.

Great company, shows up on time, reasonable pricing, they get out every stain leaving the carpets looking fresh and new! Don’t make this a do it yourself job, renting out a steam cleaner is a waste of time and a pain, spend the money on someone who does it right if you want your security deposit back.

I was considering renting a rug doctor and doing my carpets myself to save money. Im happy I went with Pristine instead. The cost was more, but I liked the results. It feels clean afterwards. It does not have any residue sealing. It seems to stay nicer longer. Our little dog got into mud and he really messed up the carpet, so we had to have them come out sooner than we would usually have to have. The carpet was just beautiful after they left. The carpet cleaner who came this time really seemed experienced and really knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I just really like the way he handled everything.

They were awesome. They showed up on time. Actually they called to let me know they were coming a little early, they were flexible about the area of carpet to clean. In other words, I think they talked about the size of the room or something and they did one big room and a smaller room and then they did a hallway as well. The carpets turned out phenomenal. They were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be using this company again.

These guys are absolutely fabulous! I have been searching for a very long time for a satisfactory carpet cleaner in Seattle and am always disappointed. Pristine carpet cleaning immensely exceeded my expectations.
We had them clean our carpets, a chair and a few area rugs and we were so pleased with everything they did. They are clean, careful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with carpets. They did not oversoak the carpets, as some cleaners have done in the past and they are spotless and fresh smelling, and Pristine does not use harmful chemicals, so we were comfortable having them cleaned with two small children in the house. No trace of chemical smell whatsoever.
They are also not out to make a quick buck – they recommended what we should do as far as cleaning our area rugs and what would not be worth doing, given the state of our rugs. Since their first visit, we’ve had them back to do 3 more area rugs and are always amazed at the results.
We had one area rug that arrived from the retailer really smelling pretty awful, but it was a hard rug to find and we got a pretty good deal, so we tried airing it out, cleaning it ourselves, and then had TWO different carpet cleaning companies clean it, but it still didn’t smell very clean. After such amazing results from Pristine carpet cleaners, we decided to ask them if they could do anything about the smell. We got the rug back and it FINALLY smelled completely clean. We were so pleased. And, they are super nice, to boot. Highly recommended!

Definitely will use their services again. I rent out apartments and our normal cleaner was unavailable to clean several of our units. I reached out to Pristine Carpet Cleaning and got an extremely competitive quote for their services. Their crew arrived on schedule and completed the unit exceptionally well and departed in good time without creating a huge ruckus in the building or blocking the path of tenants in the building.
We are just opening a new location with several units and shall be using Pristine Carpet Cleaning again at the new location going forward.

They went out of their way to get to my job. We just moved to our new home and the furniture has yet to arrive. I called them last minute to see if they could clean the carpets before my furniture came and they were able to work me in. They were up front and honest with what they could do, told me a price and did not pressure me to do anything else. They were very nice and I would use them again.
