Geoff and his crew were prompt, thorough and fair. They were SO meticulous in their prep & post clean-​up. They cleaned up my damage quickly and perfectly… a breath of fresh air… from them personally and from their clean-​up work.

Geoff did an amazing job. He was meticulous in his assessment of the water damage. Considering that I was in a bit of shock as to the extent of the damage, I was reassured by his attention to detail and the care he took of our home — he was incredibly polit. I have been reacting to molds and dust, so I am particularly concerned about preventing moisture and mold growth. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. This helped me to feel confident that my home is now safe from mold and moisture. He taught me a lot about moisture and mold, areas of concern around the house, how to take care of some of the issues myself, what to look out for. All of this information gave me peace of mind and will save me many dollars in the end. I am confident that this was an investment in my home to make sure it is mold free which results in health and dollars when we sale our home. I thought for sure that we were going to have to throw out our carpet, but because of his quick response in extracting the water, setting up the dehumidifier, and placement of fans, we were save the expense of carpet replacement.
