After contacting Thumbtack to see if there was any way to get his insurance information for the broken items, I received a threatening voicemail along with threats of a harassment suit from Mr. Neal the owner of this company. All I asked for in the beginning was the insurance information so I could submit the claim for the items broken by the movers and a copy of the contract and/​or an invoice of services for my records. He refused to send a check and would only send a money order. I requested he send it certified mail after he left a very angry incoherent voice mail on my phone accusing me of fraud and again threatening with a lawyer. I did not want him or any of his people coming to my home thus the request for it to be sent via USPS. He still stopped at my apartment and slid the money order through the door (UM CREEPY AND NO!) with no invoice. When I inquired about the invoice he sent me his lawyers information and said to contact him. WOW just wow. All this over 3 broken book shelves and a broken parrot cage. Very very very unprofessional. I would definitely not hire him for moving. His good reviews are for Junk Removal. That’s about what he treated my move like and I would not suggest his services to anyone. His way of conducting business raised some HUGE red flags.

These guys are great, arrived ahead of time and did a great job of making everything safe and secure. Great attention to detail, worked hard and got the job done on time. We will definitely use them again.
