Robert Capen Construction

Robert and I work for many of the same clients. I was so impressed with his work I hired him to install a new Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and everything attached to those jobs on my own home. What a jewel box I have now!

I put Robert in charge of renovating my mother’s worn out house in a nice neighborhood for resale. He did high quality work for reasonable cost. He understood my budgetary limitations and worked within them while securing the best possible quality materials that would fit the budget. He devoted a great deal of effort to tasteful design and always offered a variety of personally selected options for decorative and functional materials to be used in the reconstruction. He did the work unsupervised, as I was on the other side of the country. I liked his taste, I liked his skilled work, and I liked the finished product. And the house sold! The care he put into the design and the construction took a little extra time, but it was well worth it. And the house was spiffy clean when he finished.
If I owned a home in which I planned to live in the Seattle area, and if that home needed renovating or I wanted to redesign any part of it, I would definitely hire Robert to do the work.
