Great park with swings! Beautiful during the fall with lots of foliage to see. Minimal dog poop makes for an enjoyable walking experience.

This is a great little Seattle park! We play kickball here during the summer with Underdog Sports and it’s great. There are tennis courts, a play structure for kids, lots of grass and the dirt infield/diamond. The bugs can get bad around 8/8:30 — so if you plan on sticking around after hte sun sets bring some spray. Dogs welcome!

This is a really great park. On a few occasions where I’ve babysat friends’ kids, this has been a great place to take them. With lots of playground equipment, a baseball diamond and walking paths that surround the area, you can come here with kids, friends, dogs or large groups of people. Great for picnics, hanging out under the Seattle sun — if it’s out!

A decent park with playground, field and 2 tennis courts. Wish it was lighted and in a little better shape. A pretty popular place on weekends if the sun is out.

This park is just down the street from Seward Public School(also known as TOPS K-8) in Eastlake. But more importantly to me and my kid it’s across the street from Louisa’s Café, where we often go for brunch. This is a great place to burn off some calories after chowing down french toast or a corned-beef hash. It’s got a couple of tennis courts that get good use(by adults), a huge field and baseball diamond that’s usually empty on the weekends. It’s also got a set of swings in great condition, bathrooms that are actually open and not so gross you can’t use them for your kid/self. The playground has multiple different options depending on your kids age — some smaller things and climbing sets for the 2 – 5 year olds and one larger one for older kids, although given the small size of this park it mainly appeals to the youngsters(imho). There’s a sandbox too, but we’ve never used it. The playground itself is a little wooded, which can make it colder in the spring/fall, but whatever, wear a jacket. Easy to find parking on the street around this when school’s not in session.

The history of this playfield goes back to 1895 and was named after Governer John R. Rogers, I’ll stop there. This playground has something for all ages, playground equipment, tennis courts, and a soccer field. It’s a great place for Eastlakers to «take the kids to the park.»
