My boyfriend wanted a pair of boots from Canada so we popped in this store and were treated right from the very beginning! The staff was friendly and helpful and responded to our every need. They recommended different boots and I was glad for that because my guy tends to pick the same ones over and over. He left there with an amazing pair of German made boots that were so modern! Very happy with this experience and will return in the future!

The shoes are great, but if you buy them and they go on sale less than 30 days later, you will not receive the SALES price. I spent $ 600.00 on shoes at Romax, and when I discovered the EBT shoes were marked down $ 100.00 — yes that’s right $ 100.00, I immediately asked for the sales price for the shoes. I was even willing to settle for store credit towards a purchase of another pair of shoes. I was denied. The manager stated I would need to have the shoes returned (in new condition). I know other stores would have gladly offered me the sales difference. I’d rather shop online from now on than buy from this store. I am a loyal customer, and since I spent nearly $ 600.00 at the store, you’d think they’d offer me a gift certificate or something. Poor customer service. SHOP online, you get a better deal.
