Sabra Limo Service

I’ve been travelling with this Seattle car service for just under six months. I must say I’m very impressed with the service provided by Sabra. They have never left me stranded or arrived late. The service is way above average in terms of dependability and comfort. Lovely and worth recommending.

Amazing service! Driver was early, very friendly, and even took photos for us. I have personally met the owner and he is wonderful. Would recommend this company for any transportation needs. Even using it as a drop off for Disney on Ice, thank you!

I hate to leave negative review, but just to help other consumers like me. They deceptively charge my credit card by sending email invoice for the service which we didn’t request/​order at all. We only booked one-​way from hotel to Pier# 66 for Alaska cruise ship. I made very clear that we will call them if we need them pick up later. After we came back from Alaska, they tried to fool us by first texting me saying the driver were waiting, and then called asking where we were. I answered we didn’t make reservation to use their service. The driver said OK and quickly hangup. They sent email invoice and charged my credit card right away. Obviously they intentionally made it like we booked the return trip.
After we came back home, I called them for refund. The guy wouldn’t help. He said he could prove that I booked the return trip because he recorded phone conversation, I knew he was lying because he couldn’t show me evidence other than bogus texting/​emails notice. Fortunately credit card acted swiftly to refund $ 149 to my account.
He lied about the cruise ship boarding time too. We wanted to get Pier#66 early before noon, so we need to be picked up from hotel at 10:00 am. I guess for their own scheduling problem, he told us cruise ship won’t start boarding until afternoon. I said I would look other service company and ended phone conversation. After a while, he called me back said that driver was available based on our schedule. When we got there around 11:00 am, half of cruise ship guests were already on board.
I hope this review service the purpose of helping other consumers.

We hired Mr. Pablo for our VIP delegation in Seattle, during late September 2015. His excellent, prompt service and great attitude left us a deep impression. Thank you for providing such a great experience, and we’ll definitely choose you guys again next time.

Horrible driver on way to my uncles house was texting the whole time very rude picked me up from airport and said call me when u get your luggage definitely not meet and greet I paid 15 bucks for ridiculous guy was older guy named Pablo and the guy on way back to airport was really nice and professional had safe driving I’m giving it 3 stars because way back if not on way back airport I would have gave it one

I’ve been using this service for nearly 6 years. They are the only people I call when I need a ride to the airport. Always dependable, always courteous. (Ok, so one time in 6 years I had a driver that was late picking me up at 4am but it happens to the best of us. I still got to the airport on time and Geno made it right.)

We had a group of teenage girls in downtown Seattle that we wanted to get home safely during a 16^th birthday event. The girls were so excited to ride in a limo.
Imagine our delight when the limo that pulled up was cardinal red. The driver was courteous, very professional and early. He navigated traffic beautifully and accommodated our needs. I appreciate how well he dealt with 8 excited teenage girls.
This was my first experience renting a limo and I was very pleased.

Due to our car being broken into and vandalized while parked at our Park/​Fly hotel, we booked this service last minute for a ride home from the airport. The car arrived in MINUTES and the driver assisted with everything– not only luggage, but even de-​installing the car seat from one car and putting it in the sedan and then taking it out again once we arrived home. I will definitely be using them in the future instead of parking at the airport.

Prompt, reliable, and used them for my then fiancé bachelorette party. I found them more reliable than other limo services

Good, timely and clean and comfortable cars. Very friendly drivers. Lupe and Said were great drivers and the owner or dispatcher (Albert?) was fun and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I used these guys with no problem for over a year but in the last 6 months things have really gone down hill. Late for airport pick up 2 – 3 times and last 2 pick ups at my home they totally didn’t show up — They used to be great on calling and emailing if they were late and now it’s just a no-​show. Really bad form!

My wife and I recently used Sabra Limo Service in Seattle: from Seatac airport to a downtown hotel and from the cruise ship terminal back to the airport. I found the price quote and reservation processes smooth and easy. In fact, since I had recently used their service, only a simple phone call was required for the return reservation.
In both cases the drivers contacted me well in advance of the pickup, were on time, and made the transitions into and out of the vehicles easy even with the surrounding chaos. They even helped with the luggage.
I don’t know when I will return to Seattle but, when I do, I will use Sabra.

They started out ok, but have gone downhill. Stranded us at the airport last time we used them. They seem to overbook their cars.

Would definitely recommend sabra limo. Made a reservation with them for an early ride to seatac airport… They sent me a confirmation right away of my reservation. Driver showed up 10min early nice clean car and amazing service. For sure will use them again.

We did not have a good experience with Sabra on New Year’s Eve. Read below for more details but at the end of the day when you book a car, the primary thing you want is for that car to turn up on-​time — sadly in Sabra’s case they did not deliver on that and it took multiple phone calls from us to understand when we would be picked up because of poor coordination between the driver (who was great once we *finally* got picked up) and the office. It was New Year’s eve and we were stranded by the side of a closed venue, miles from home for 45 minutes because of Sabra’s incompetence. Totally unacceptable.
My friend booked them at the last minute after we got nervous about the uncertainty and expense of finding a taxi/​Über back from Georgetown Ballroom to Cap Hill. This way we figured we would know exactly how much the service would cost and what time we’d be picked up which would be great. There’s nothing worse on NYE than being stranded.
Sadly the signs were there ahead of time that all might not go to plan. My friend asked them the day before if we could upgrade from a sedan to a SUV as we had an extra person. They said sure no problem, but never got back to her via email as promised. After she followed up multiple times, they said sorry all our SUVs are booked but we’ll let you squeeze into a sedan. Bad communication, but nice of them to make it right and only charge us the sedan rate.
On NYE itself, we were given a pick up window of 1 – 1:15am. We had heard nothing by 1:15am so we called them and were told the driver would be 15 mins late because of traffic. Would have been nice for them to proactively inform us, but OK, 15 mins wasn’t the end of the world. We all tramped outside at 1:30am — no car — it took us multiple phone calls where we were given the runaround, and finally (after the venue had been closed and everyone gone for 30 mins), we got picked up. The driver was great but their coordination was terrible and we certainly won’t use them again.
