I had chicken tikka wrap. I felt the chicken pieces were too big for a wrap and also it was not the authentic flavor of chicken tikka. It was a mess of different veggies and the wrap didn’t seem fresh as well.

Their food truck on Westlake is great! I get a double order of chicken tikka masala with the rice and salad. Great lunch for $ 9.50 with a drink. you get it real quick without waiting and its hot and delicious! Most convenient way to get some good Indian food on the go.

Terrible Service. I ordered 5 Veggie Samosas. When we took a bite into them 2 of them were Beef and onion Samosas. I took it back to them and the guy and the lady start blaming each other as to who was at fault. To make it worse the guy doesn’t apologize or try and replace them. Instead tried to charge me for new ones. I just returned the Beef Samosa to him and walked away. Would never go back there again. Terrible Service and horrible attitude.

Fantastic mango lemonade, although not very cold since they have them sitting out already. Kinda weird. The Bombay wrap was crazy delicious and not something I can really describe. Basically an Indian buffet in your mouth. The samosas were crisp, just warm enough and had good flavor. Be sure to have cash as they charge $ 0.50 for credit cards.

I haven’t checked out the restaurant yet but their food truck is my go-to place for lunch in the south lake union area. Sad that they don’t come to SLU on Wednesdays :( My favorite(and almost always what I order) is Chicken tikka masala + Malai Kofta with rice and salad. I have tasted the other stuff like lamb kabob with mint chutney, samosa, spinach paneer and aloo chickpea and everything is equally delicious! The other good thing is how fast the line moves. They don’t prepare all the food in the truck and that’s why they are able to serve so fast. Usually there is a very long queue outside this truck but I get my food within reasonable time and get back to work satisfied.

Grabbed lunch here yesterday. The line was long but moved super quick. You should probably go early because they sell out of stuff by 1pm. I got the non-veg rice bowl combo. The chicken tikka masala was actually really good. It was better than most other places and wasn’t just colored cream. Good flavor and juicy chicken. The dal makhani was below average and unimpressive. The rice and salad are nothing to write home about. The samosas are not bad when they are hot and fresh. Overall good value for money. If you get the right dishes in your combo you’re good. Will stop by here again sometime.

We only had the lemonade. It was so fresh the Mango lemonade was our favorite. Very refreshing and super cold which was nice considering how hot it was at pikes marketplace that day. Definitely a need to try…

Tried Saffron Spice again for a quick lunch, decided to get the combo #2 that comes with a choice of 1 meat option and 1 non-meat option accompanied with saffron rice and a salad. I decided to get the chicken tikka masala as my meat option and curry veg as my non-meat option. Pretty decent lunch when you are craving a curry for about $ 8 and you are at Pike Place. Didn’t realize there’s a little seating area next to their food stall, a few stools and a ledge to eat off. Anyways, pretty solid lunch option at a good value.

3.5 Stars. I was only here for the mango lemonade. It wasn’t too sweet. The mango and lemonade flavors went well together – both had a strong presence of flavor that harmonized together. I just wished this was more like a lassi(a thicker smoothie-like consistency) than just a pure liquid drink.

I’ve been here twice for lunch. I was tricked the second time! The first time, I ordered the butter chicken and lamb kebob. The chicken in the butter chicken is too dry. The butter chicken sauce is pretty good though. The lamb kebob is a little greasy but super good. During my first visit, I noticed a grilled shrimp with mango on the menu and was intrigued. I went back a second time to order it but they said they don’t have it. He then went on to say they usually don’t have it. Then why is it on the menu?!? WHYYY??? I proceeded to order the butter chicken and lamb kebob again for a second time. I would like to try the grilled shrimp at some point!

Good and fresh! I was quite surprised that the chicken tikka masala wrap was more of a spinach sauce the a nice creamy red sauce. It was disappointing in that sense of being excited to try that sauce but it was still tasty. The naan wrap was good but not the best I’ve ever had.

We just got a juice here. My hubby said it was alright. He would have preferred it to have more veggies. We prefer Evolution Fresh up the street or Juices at Whole Foods. Decent price here though. The food on their steam table looked really good…

I m very surprised they call their food truck as INDIANFOOD. I was very excited to try this truck and it took no time to turn my excitement into disappointment. I ordered the standard chicken tikka masala and palak paneer. The chicken tikka gravy was watery, tasteless and bland. I don’t how can one go wrong with simple chicken tikka masala? I would rate this truck as very low quality and sub standard Indian food… Oh BTW this truck is very inexpensive. You get lots of food(low quality) for just $ 7-$ 8

2 stars. The food is relatively inexpensive relative to the other trucks in the South Lake Union area. I ordered a vegetarian rice bowl with Chick Peas and Shimla Mirch. It came with naan. The was stale, likely prepared the day before. The chick peas and shimla mirch were so so .The rice was ok, although it was not basmati.

This truck has made it to a regular home in Downtown Bellevue. As much as I was anticipating a delicious chicken tikka, their Bombay wrap was totally off the mark. It didn’t taste like what it should have tasted at all. Although the meat proportion was generous, the sauce was not what I was relishing in my head as I waited for the meal to be prepared. I’ll have to come again and try a rice bowl to make my final judgment. The samosa was fine, though. stay tuned for more.

Food truck: on Boren Ave in Amazon. The line is always long, but moves at a decent pace. I like the chicken tikka masala, the spinach with paneer, the lamb with mint chutney, and the samosa. I wish they had some sauces to make it spicier myself. The spinach saag runs out quickly. It comes with rice and a small salad. $ 8 for 2 items. Perfect for lunch though a little expensive. You can use credit card at the foods truck

Really good food but a little expensive. It’s not spicey but it’s flavorful and very good. We tried their special milkshake($ 4+) saffron pistachio which was good as well. The naan doesn’t appear to be freshly cooked. I think maybe it is store bought. That was mediocre at best which was unfortunate cause everything else was so good. We got chicken tikka masala with a side of chickpeas and potatoes. I would go back. I’ll skip the special drink and naan though.

One of the best indian food I had in seattle. Glad we decide to pick it up for lunch during pike place outing. On of the best deal — mixed veggie juice for $ 6:30 :). We loved all our orders– 1. Lamb 2. Chicken Tikka masala 3. Spinach with paneer 4. Chickpea curry 5 Mixed veggie juice

This is for the Food Truck establishment. I based my review purely on the food and speed since you don’t really get service in a truck. The staff is friendly and very apologetic when they ran out of somethings. Even with a long line they were able to quickly pump out orders. The flavors in the Tikka Marsala wasn’t the best i’ve had. It was very oily, over salted, and wasn’t as creamy as i’m use too. It wasn’t horrible nor was it great. The Lamb Kabob with mint Chutney was delicious. I haven’t had it before so i don’t have anything to compare. I will point out it was ground loose meat and not a «kabob». The naan isn’t anything special. Felt like warmed softer version of pita bread. It wasn’t thin, bubbly, and light like most naan I’ve had. The rice was also kind of oily and undercooked. Overall the food is more than filling and is satisfying but it nothing to rave about. It a great value for Indian food, 8 dollar for 2 choice of sides, rice, and small salad and add naan for a dollar. I would come again if this truck came to my work place.

For 7 bucks you can try two of their dishes and it comes with rice and salad also. I almost took a star away since the naan was meh… dry and hard. Maybe I got a bad one. I ordered Chicken Tikka and Lamb kebab. Both delicious. Samosa and chutney sauce were awesome. I am not an Indian food expert although I eat it all the time. I cannot validate whether this is authentic or not. They take Visa and Master’s.
