My mom always brings me home food from here and every time it is delicious, love the fettuccine Alfredo with garlic bread! Great Italian spot!

This has always been our neighborhood go-to for Italian food! Their Greek salad is the best salad I have ever had. I crave it. It’s deliciously crunchy lettuce with cucumber, onions, kalamata olives, pepperoncini and tomatoes. Their dressing is some delicious blend unlike anything else I’ve had! It’s tasty with the garlic bread dipped in. We go on Mondays to get the roasted chicken special, which comes with orzo and roasted potatoes. We’ve had pizza, lasagna, tortellini, gnocchi, and dessert — all fantastic.

Santorini is a great family run joint. The food is always flavorful and fantastic. I love to order pizza from them, and appreciate the attention they give to each item. I am weirdly impressed when my sausage is perfectly evenly distributed on my pizza. It’s the little things. Everyone is super friendly and efficient, even when the place is packed on the weekends. You can tell the staff takes the time to really get to know the people in the neighborhood.

Went here Saturday night and it was packed. Still they said the wait wasn’t long. Sadly my son felt ill and I ended up ordering the food to go. They were so nice and polite! Offered me a free glass of wine while I waited AND even refilled it! The food: I ordered the Santorini pizza and the Santorini Lasagna. The pizza was fantastic. Generous toppings and not overloaded with sauce. Lots of cheese. Highly recommend. I wasn’t overjoyed by the lasagna however. The sauce was great and portion was nice and it came with a salad and bread. But the veggies tasted cardboard-like. All in all a great place. I’m not going to let the lasagna get me down. And they still deserve 5 stars. I will definitely order from these nice folks again. Great customer service. AND the prices were fair.

I’ve been coming here for over ten years and I always get the penne with half meat sauce and half mizithra(the combo of the two is not on the menu but they’ve always accommodated my request). It is divine!!!

I honestly don’t know how we’ve lived in the area for so long and never eaten at this place until last night! Seriously, our kids have gone to school right across the street for years. But last night we finally gave it a try and were not disappointed. We were trying to find somewhere to go for our anniversary and after asking for recommendations, searching Unilocal, and talking about our choices, we decided on Santorini. No regrets! It’s about ten minutes from our house so that and the high recommendations from Unilocal and people in the neighborhood narrowed it down. So to our experience… we were greeted right away by a woman who was very friendly. She told us to pick a place to sit, it wasn’t overly crowded much to our delight(I think that was one reason we avoided it for so long, assumed it was small and always packed… not as small as it looks and the cars in the lot seemed to mostly belong to people at the high school for a track meet). The same lady quickly brought us water, salads, and garlic bread. So far good. The bread was good as was the salad. We got our dinner fairly quickly. Now for the food: hubby ordered the Santorini lasagna, the one with Alfredo and meat sauce, zucchini and eggplant. He loved it, said it was perfect and after stealing a little bite I had sort of wish I had ordered it myself! But if I had I would have missed out on the famous Hylopetes, the Greek pasta. I ordered mine with the shrimp and it was just as delicious as the other reviews said. The bill didn’t break the bank either. We left full, happy with our choice, and will definitely be back!

Fantastic! Great little family run Italian with killer pasta and the best tiramisu I have ever had. I had the hylopetes with chicken and the gf had the cheese manacotti. Met the grandmother that made the tiramisu and loved the family atmosphere. Definitely going back.

Please don’t pass this place up! The interior does not speak to the food. I promise. I’d happily come here just for the tiramisu! But everything I’ve had so far is amazing. The owner loves to stop and chat, and is very knowledgeable about what’s going on in the kitchen(that’s not actually that common)! You can tell there is great pride in what they prepare and serve, and all is house made, including their insane-o house vinaigrette. Now about that tiramisu: also house made, and they do something I think is kind of amazing, but maybe it’s just me; they freeze it, but because of the liquor it only soft freezes, so when they serve it to you, it’s this cold, creamy, boozy, delicious slice of heaven. They aren’t freezing it for storage folks, they’re freezing it so that this amazing thing happens to it and you become addicted and keep coming back for more. I guess I should discuss the pastas too? Delish. Perfectly sauced, al dente, not bogged down in garlic, which is a nice change of pace. There’s not a whole lot worse than having to take a handful of Tums after eating Italian because it’s like you ate a whole bulb of garlic. Please, please try this place. I promise you won’t regret it.

This place is the best Italian food I’ve found in Seattle. The staff is friendly, they have parking, and service is always quick. It’s always the same folks working, and they remember you. If you have to wait for your seat, they’ll offer you free wine! Also, as a cheese lover, this place is Disneyland! So many things covered in cheese! Wonderful!

Really really great! Nice place, great people, wonderful food! I love this place and find us eating there quite often because nothing in the area is even close to as good as this place! I love it! Keep up the good work!

We have been coming here for years!!! We live approx 5 minutes away in Wedgwood. The first few times we dined in. But as others have mentioned it’s a small establishment, so now we always call in an order to go. While they have remodeled since we first came, the ambiance holds me back from giving it 5 stars. We love to get their tortellini with pesto cream sauce & chicken and the pasta with broccoli, sun dried tomatoes & clams. Hylopetes I think is the name. Their pizzas are also to die for!!! Love that it’s a family run business. :)

The side salad(I’m a ranch fiend!) that came with my pasta dish was yummy! I like simple salads, so this was right up my alley. I also enjoyed the toasted bread too. I ended up ordering(after much deliberation) the baked chicken tortellini(creamy pesto sauce). I’m not a HUGE pesto fan, but this was really quite good! My wife had their fettuccini alfred, which was also a big success. Our waiter was very friendly and kind, as well as attentive(despite it being quite packed). We’ll definitely be back.

I think Unilocal should separate the stars for service and food, because this place is a keeper! Yes, it takes a bit longer to get everything, but it is so worth it!!! I made my family walk the 25 blocks because I knew we would be gorging and we did. Even though we only had a 5 minute wait for a table, we were offered a free beer and wine while waiting from the owner who was very nice! Families were everywhere and it’s really a great local gem. The order of garlic bread was the entire bread I think which made my two boys very happy. The Aegean pizza and Margarita pizza were successes with them as well, although I prefer a more doughy crust and this was a bit more pizza hut-like. However; the gnocchi with mushrooms and sausage was the epitome of what a favourite dish should be. Perfect portion and scrumptious. We also tried the spinach ravioli in clam sauce and it was very good but not the best on the table. We have found our new local favourite. We’ll be back, just plan on spending some time there and enjoy every moment.

We decided to go to Santorini after a late night of work at the salon. I don’t remember how exactly we landed on this restaurant(I think we were looking at Unilocal while driving around actually…) but I’m glad we did. Despite it being a Thursday evening, it was PACKED. You could tell that there were a lot of regulars due to the fact that the servers were talking and laughing with everyone. We had to wait a few minutes for a table, but not very long. When we were seated, we had already pretty much made up our minds because we looked at the menu while waiting. It was really hard to make up our mind though because everything we saw on the menu looked great, as did everything anyone was eating. I ended up getting one of their pizza’s with artichokes and pesto. I can’t remember exactly what Cam or my MIL had, but they enjoyed everything. From our side salads to our entrees, everything was delicious. It’s a shame that we don’t live closer to Santorini because we would eat there all the time. I don’t remember what prices looked like since we were treated that night, but I don’t remember them being outrageous. Service was great, and while the seating wasn’t the most comfortable it was fine.

A perfect spot for an indulgent weeknight meal. We arrived just after 7 and every seat in the place was filled. Since the seating area is on the smaller side, we decided to patiently wait for a table. The owner(I assume) sauntered up to us and greeted us, asking what kind of wine he could give us so we wouldn’t mind the wait. I got a complementary glass of red and settled in for about 25 minute wait. I didn’t mind it, because I knew the restaurant had to be doing something right to be packed on a weeknight. When we were seated, the service was attentive, if not a little cold compared to the earlier meeting with the owner. I got the special, spaghetti with an alfredo sauce, topped with spinach and mushrooms. It came with a salad, which was really delicious, even without any dressing. I don’t order salads normally, but the olive and cheese on top of a hearty non-iceberg lettuce proved to be a great start to the meal. It came with fantastic garlic bread, while not really authentic, was crunchy and buttery, without an overwhelming amount of garlic. The pasta was cooked well and the sauce was delightful. My dinnermate got the lasagna, and don’t be fooled, it was not authentic lasagna. It was actually a baked pasta. It tasted very good, just don’t expect a layered dish that you would expect Italian Grandma to make. But I never had an Italian Grandma, mine was Polish and I often remember her cooking us chicken nuggets from Market Day. The décor is a little weird. It’s an Italian place — filled with pictures of Grecian landscapes. But despite that bit of incongruity, you get the idea it is a family-run business run with heart. Dessert was two sweet for me, but I generally don’t like desserts anyway, so I’m not sure why I ordered it. I will absolutely be returning — especially because it’s just a short walk from my home.

This place has the best pizza! I get the santorini pizza and i love it. I haven’t had the spaghetti and meatballs in a while, but i plan on it. I’m looking forward to trying other dishes here as well. This is a very nice family owned Italian restaurant. If you are a good customer they will treat you like family. I love the ice cream here its great. I also love the garlic that’s reason alone to come back! Me and my family will be coming back a lot. I know i will.
