I ordered a several sandwiches to be delivered to my work. One of the sandwiches ordered was an Italian sandwich; it was supposed to have salami, pepperoni and ham on it. Upon delivery it was discovered to have only one piece of ham with lettuce and tomatoes. My coworker contacted the deli and talked to Brian the manager, and his resolution was not to replace the sandwich, but just bring the meat which was left off and have me make the sandwich. Now that is what I call VERYPOOR. customer service. Thanks for not wanting our future business.

The biggest mistake I have made in last few years was not trying out Sarducci’s Sandwiches. I actually didn’t even know that they are located very close from where I work. I’ve tried lots of different restaurants for my lunch and was disappointed for the most of time. My new co-worker recommended me to try Sarducci’s and I literally didn’t expect much. It turned out to be the best sandwich I had in my life. Their bread is so fresh and soft. The staff said they bake their bread everyday. The portion was quite big too and the price was really reasonable. I had the bomb sandwich and it was very flavorful and delicious. I am completely addicted to it now. They also have some crepes and I will update my review after trying those out. Their crepes look really good! Sarducci’s is my favorite lunch spot!

They deliver. They are quick. It’s good. I got a cheese steak and it fulfilled my cheese steak craving. It was hot and juicy. I really enjoyed the bread that they used and the char they put on it. The beef kind of resembled beef bulgogi, it was kind of sweet. It could’ve been sweet from the peppers, but hey I’m not complaining. Great quality and a wonderful choice to get lunch if your to busy to leave because they deliver!!!

Best sandwiches in town! They also serve crepes, which seems like an unusual menu choice, but I works!

I love crepes and have particular preferences for savory crepes. I’ve been searching for good, savory crepes that are not as thin on fillings like what Joe’s bar offers, use better quality than food court crepes places like Unicorn and Yummy Crêpe and at the same time not as overly heavy that you feel drained of energy just from eating like what Saley’s makes. I’m glad I found Sarducci’s! Perhaps, it was because the place offers Asian fusion options like Kalbi and Bugolgi crepes, so while the crêpe fillings were hearty, the whole eating experience didn’t make you feel so bloated after finishing it. I had the mushroom haven($ 8) which consists of mushroom, cheese, spinach and tomato. and I loved it! The crêpe batter wasn’t doughy and too runny at all. I’d say it was about right. not too thin, not greasy/oily/butter and not doughy! I literally devoured the whole thing without feeling so bad about it. The only thing was I wished I had more room to try their dessert/sweet crêpe with fresh fruit fillings and choco syrup and whipped cream, too. I thought about getting the second one after I finished my savory crêpe. but my conscience stopped me from stuffing my face with more food when I’m no longer hungry. However, I will definitely stop by this place as my first go to crêpe place again. It’s just a little walk away from everything and the hours aren’t as friendly to stop by for lunch or dinner on a weekday. –1 star. I sat at the counter and it was a little sticky. I enjoyed my crêpe at Sarducci’s to the max and the cashier/my crêpe maker was nice and friendly. However, they should really take time to wipe down the seats, tables and counter to make sure the grease don’t build up over time.

I had the bulgogi crêpe, and it was absolutely delicious!!! The whole time I was eating it, I was thinking«I come down to this area every Thursday with an hr to kill, for the last two years, and have never eaten here!!!» Well that ends today! Their menu looks spectacular and I have my eye on a few things I must try :-)

Love The Bomb! Haven’t tried the crepes yet, but their sandwiches are the best on First Hill.

Had the italian sub today and loved it too! Kept telling myself that I’m gonna try the crepes cuz it smells so good but I always get sidetracked with their subs.

Huge portions size. Delicious taste. Would come back for sure. It was a bit of a wait for them to make but i think it would be worth it. I would choose this over jimmy johns and potbelly for sure

I was craving a cheese steak earlier this week. As a new resident of Seattle, I had no idea where to go so I picked the closest place to me which happened to be Sarducci’s. I am surprised to see past customers rave about the cheese steak here because I was not impressed at all. They used red onions and covered the steak in a sauce that was reminiscent of a stroganoff sauce. Maybe this is a «real» cheesesteak and all these years I have been eating knockoffs, or maybe this is Sarducci’s spin on a classic cheese steak. Regardless, what I ate did not map to what my taste buds were familiar with so I’m afraid I’ll have to search elsewhere next time I’m craving a cheese steak.

So glad I found this place! Forgot my lunchbox at home, so went into this nice little place. Had two subs(yes I was hungry), the meatball and cheese steak, and was so pleased with them. The bread is soft and crispy, meat was soft and tender, and overall were solid subs. Portions are generous, and it still might want you having more. All the cold and hot subs sound delicious, but it was a rainy day and made me want the hot ones. Excellent service by the man who made my sandwiches, I believe it was Gino. We found out that we’re both Korean, and shocked each other. Everyone thinks I’m Chinese or Japanese for some reason. Even though he got busy, he kindly went out of his way while making sandwiches to say bye. Excited to try the crepes next time!

I got a crêpe here with strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, nutella, and chocolate syrup. It was really delicious and super fresh, but so filling I couldn’t finish the entire thing. The crêpe was very thin compared to all the filling. Some people really like their crepes this way, but I wish there was a better crêpe: filling ratio. However, if you want an excess amount of deliciousness inside your crêpe, this place is perfect for you! Like I said– very delicious but super rich. Definitely had me on a sugar high for quite some time.

Crepes and sandwiches are great here, especially the Hawaiian and Bulgogi! The fresh baked bread is awesome. Go here instead of the Potbelly, Subway, and Jimmy Johns all within sight from the door.

I prefer this place over the other sandwich shops here on Sandwich Avenue, seriously we have 3 – 4 sandwich shops all around a 1 block radius! My favorite here is the THEBOMB! Yum! Love the fluffy bread. My other lunch mates love their french dip, I have yet to try it, but it looks good. The au jus looks really rich and delish. For a sweet treat, their strawberry banana, nutella crêpe is my favorite. The owner/manager of the shop is real nice and so are the other workers. I would call ahead if it is lunch time, otherwise you’re stuck waiting a bit with the lunch crowd. There are a few tables if you wanted to dine in, but be warned it is a small space.

The best sub I have ever had. The crêpe was alright, but I’m not the biggest fan of crepes. Back to the sub, the one I got was called«the bomb», and I enjoyed it so much that I downloaded this app just to write a review on it. They packed that sub with everything, the sauce was amazing, but the best part was of the sub was the bread. It was so soft that the whole sub melted in your mouth. 5⁄5 for this restaurant.

90 minutes to deliver my sandwich two blocks. This is the second time they have promised service that turned out to be worse than mediocre. Go elsewhere where the place cares about staying in business

If you like air filled bread, go here. I had the pastrami sandwich which had little meat. I cut away half of the bread and it still wasn’t a good meat to bread ratio. Wouldn’t go back. The other coast is way better. I didn’t try their crêpe but I overhead the folks next to me, who did, say they wouldn’t return either. The tables were greasy and with the door always open it wasn’t comfortable to eat in. I prefer Jimmie John’s to this place, I can’t figure out why it has high ratings???

I heard about this place from a friend who regularly has them deliver to her work. So where do you we order from when we have a lunch date, this yummy sandwich place. All her coworkers were super jealous when the delivery guy came to hand us our delicious lunch. We both got the T.B.R. with added avocado. Wow it was amazing. It could be because I was starving but I really think it was amazing! We also took part of their happy hour special which added chips and a drink, but only if they deliver. Walk in doesn’t have a happy hour deal. After carving their sandwiches, I blame the fresh baked bread. I walked to them in the freezing cold to try another amazing sandwich. This time got the Chicken Breast Club. It was again a very delicious sandwich! And big enough to save some for an afternoon snack! The prices are good for the quality. The shop itself is small, with some seating areas. Depending on the time I am sure it probably gets packed. The staff was great and worked fast. I might keep forgetting my lunch so I have an excuse to get another sandwich!

Delicious crepes and subs prepared fresh and served hot(or cold). Plenty of choices in both categories, ranging from breakfast to lunch to dessert. Reasonable prices and big portions make for an affordable meal, and it’s location on Madison makes it easy to pop in and out if you’re in a hurry, with about a 5 – 10 minute wait for your food to be prepared.
