Phil was very friendly when I called and talked to him and seemed genuinely interested in helping me troubleshoot my problem. He took my laptop in 30 minutes after I called and started working. He billed me for an hour of work while he had it in his possesion for over four hours. True, he only worked on it for an hour, but other, less scrupulous people might have been tempted to bill more time than that.
Phil helped determine what the issue was and actually tried to not bill me at all, because the issue was an incompatibility issue (that I should have probably already had known). He’s an honest guy and I wouldn’t hesitate calling him again.
