Never order online with this company.
Their customer service department is the most unprofessional group of staff I have ever dealt with. Staff employees #121 672 and #270 215 («Jean» or «Gina» and «Hazel») held a very condescending attitude and lied over the phone about «handling» the situation or «calling back» for over 3 weeks. Corporate needs to review these employees and get a handle on how their customer service department operates.
