Their beers are top notch, environment is comfortable, and price unbeatable. I’ll be bringing my growler in often here.

This is a great south Seattle secret! The woods is such a fun place to come and get a flight and play some games! Great shuffle board and awesome cider selection! Get the cold brew cider!

4 flights between my wife and I, and there wasn’t one beer or cider we were disappointed with. Being Sunday, we brought some card games and relaxed in the new space, which was just awesome. Shuffleboard, pool, and delicious drinks. Perfect spot, make sure to try it out!

The new tasting room is fabulous and includes lots of open space and seating indoors. The outdoor area is plentiful but not a lot of seating at the moment(I’m assuming they’ll add more after the opening weekend). They take cards and cash. Option to stay and drink or purchase cans and go. There’s also Foosball, shuffleboard, darts and billiards to keep you entertained. This space has been really well planned and even has some urban, industrial-chic flair. The cider itself is fabulous, with the cold brewed and semi-sweet ciders being my favorites as they’re not too sweet. They also have beer if you wanna mix it up.

I don’t get to say this(honestly) enough, but Dan was the Man! Came here with the wifey, as we’re on a cider kick as of late. Seattle Cider’s dry is actually kind of dry and crisp. Like, more dry and crisp than most ciders have been which have purported to be dry. We sat down at the tasting room, and ordered a flight because we needed to try most of them. Dan was so nice, and when we told him we were from out of town, he gave us a few extra pours. What a nice fellow! They also had a delicious chili cider, which my wife still swoons over and we obtain it every chance we get. Dan also clearly knew all the regulars there. Knew everyone by name, and kept conversations going even while expertly serving every new customer. Well done! He also went into many in depth discussions involving ciders and their differences, etc. So we learned a lot, too. Was happy to find out they sell Seattle Cider Company in Portland recently, so now we can always stock up! Great place to check out, wonderful folks there! Kind of hard to find, too… if it seems like you just pulled up into an industrial area… you did! You’re in the right place!

I didn’t realize that Unilocal had a separate entry for the cider part of this location. There is a brewery housed at this location as well. I got a jalapeño cider here and bought a bunch of beer to take home. The cider was fantastic and pretty amazing on top of it! There was not too much heat but just enough there to remind you that you are drinking a pepper cider. I am not a big cider connoisseur but this place produced some pretty unique cider and easily one of my favorites overnight.

Love the vibes and love the cider here! The bartender was super friendly and have us great recommendations. Everything, even the merchandise, is reasonably priced. I’d definitely love to come back here if I’m ever in Seattle again!

Really enjoyed this place! Tried the Pumpkin Spice, Honey, and Three Pepper ciders and enjoyed all but the Honey(my husband likes it, it just wasn’t my thing). The Three Pepper was interesting and delicious. Great place for someone with celiac like me to go and enjoy a drink.

If you come to Seattle Cider expecting to be treated like you’re at a restaurant, you’re going to have a bad time. This is my absolute favorite but I’d never dream of complaining that no one on staff came by my table and attended to me. The saavy consumer knows to treat this establishment like it is, a tasting room. The trick is to pony up to the order station at the main bar and have a well-trained staff member walk you through the offerings from both Seattle Cider and Two Beers. That’s the way to get the most out of this wonderful place. Thanks for having good gluten free pizza:) The cider is amazing, the people I meet are always enjoyable to talk to, and the fact that I can bring my dog in with me only sweetens the deal.

The cider is good, that’s it. This place caters to douchy regulars. Upon arrival we found a table next to the bar. Some time later, three guys sat at the bar next to us clearly regulars and picked a fight with us over scooting past one of their chairs in the walk way. We ignored it as they made rude comments all night. We spent a good amount of money at this establishment throughout the evening as we continued to enjoy ourselves. As we departed, rude comments were made about the ladies in our group and a confrontation followed when one of our group members confronted them about their comments. The bartenders proceeded to kick our party out and do nothing about these assholes. It’s understandable to not have confrontation at an establishment but to kick one party out and not the other the other is clearly bias to their regulars. Beware.

I’ve been here four times and every time I have terrible service. Sure the place is cute inside, even warm and comfortable… But when my group has to wait an hour to FLAG down staff for A drink and then do it every time we want something I can’t justify a tip and barely want to pay. In fact I have seen more than a few parties leaving because the they haven’t been served only to be stopped by someone asking to pay an inflated bill. Yet the staff is never around to order drinks, food etc. Overall, cool atmosphere but not worth the energy you have to exert and frustration you feel to be here.

This place is great! We were in visiting my cousin from out of town, and she took us here. ‘Us’ consisted of 1 cider friend, 2 cider acquaintences, and 1 ‘its complicated’. I was really excited to try the sampler of the ciders, so we got 2 of those to share amongst the 3 of us. The 1 non-cider fan was happy about the joint tasting room shared between the cider company and the brewery. He got an IPA and was happy as a clam. The place is huge, and you can see them brewing the ciders and beers, or not… its definitly there for the taking though. They have a menu with some bites if you need em, or you can BYO food, which a lot of people did too. We had plenty of space to cozy into a table that fit us just fine, and they have all sorts of games you can play to distract you from drinking too much… or quite the opposite. Any way you slice it, this place is truly fab!

I kind of love the fact that Seattle Cider Co. shares a tasting room with Two Beers Brewing(which they call«The Woods»). The husband can get his favorite brews while I can enjoy some truly delicious cider. Honestly though, at first I was a little skeptical about Seattle Cider Co. I don’t really enjoy the other brand of cider made within Seattle city limits(Schilling). But Seattle Cider Co. is not too sweet and they have plenty of different seasonal flavors to keep things interesting. The Gin Botanical sounds weird but it was truly my favorite cider of the night. Give it a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed! The tasting room itself is a pretty casual spot. They serve mini pizzas but that’s about it. They have an open dog policy, so if you have a friendly pooch, feel free to bring him or her with you. The bathroom was surprisingly nice! As others have mentioned, I love that you can get growler refills of many of their ciders. I hope Seattle Cider Co. is the start of many other tasty cideries around the city…

I have a been a cider enthusiast for the last 12 + years and having been to several cider breweries across the country I will honestly say that Seattle Cider is on the diet cider side. A good test for a cider in british tradition was to drink it in room temperature, lets just say that none of SC’s products passed this test.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Seattle Cider Company’s cider on two occasions. The first, being their very successful and and incredibly crowded grand opening. I had the gin botanical and their dry, both of which were awesome. I was really tempted to try their others, but due to time constraints I ended up leaving. A few weeks later I headed back to fill up some growlers for a party I was going to. I ended up having samples of all four(dry, semi-sweet, gin botanical, and pumpkin) and decided to get growlers of the dry and pumpkin. Sadly their gin botanical isn’t offered in growlers which is a damn shame. I could drink that all day, every day. It truly is divine. While the gin botanical is definitely my favorite, I was pleased with the others. The dry was really light and refreshing and even the semi-sweet was pleasant in its lack of sweetness. In general, excessive sweetness found in most ciders is a huge turnoff to me so I really liked how these ciders aren’t overly sweet. The pumpkin was my least favorite(odd because I love almost everything pumpkin flavored) as I found the flavor to be rather flat and plain, but seeing as it’s fall I decided to go with it. Definitely check out their ciders if you see them. They’re stocked in several stores and of course you can check out their awesome bar(shared with Two Beers).

This place has some great, and unique ciders! I tried two on my visit: The Pumpkin Spice Cider and the Gin Botanical Cider. YUM. The pumpkin spice cider does not taste like pumpkin, but rather the spices you’d put in pumpkin pie. SO delicious! One of the best ciders I’ve ever had. I was not expecting to like the Gin Botanical Cider, and was totally surprised! One of the reasons I don’t like Gin is the overwhelming Lysol-like flavor. But this cider was not that way. It had all the best flavor profiles of Gin herbs, added to the cider, and it made for a delicious cider experience. I’d totally try it again. If you like cider, theirs is completely worth tasting. Yum!
