I have worked with Kevin of Seatle Curtain for a year (after a bad experience with another company) and he has been great, truly going out of his way to accomodate me. When I wanted darkening shades for my bedroom, e.g., he came to my house and brought material with him so I would not have to go to the shop to have a look. Last week, I broke one of the shades and he came by to repair it without any cost. I will certainly recommend the Seattle curtain company and continue working with them.

I have used Seattle Curtain for the past 7 years as my custom workroom for draperies, cubicle (privacy) curtains, shower curtains, etc. Lauren has been so helpful and great to work with. She always provides excellent service and the quality workmanship that Seattle Curtain produces is very high and hard to come by these days. I look forward to working with Seattle Curtain for many years to come and of course, I will refer them every chance I get!

We bought shades from them in 2007; at the time, I noticed that the shades were at a slant/​uneven but never called them about it. Recently, we had the windows replaced and needed them to come out and rehang the shades (as they no longer fit as they did with the original windows); We’ve called 4 times and left messages over a period of 1 week. We are taking our business elsewhere.

I wasn’t able to buy a product here because they didn’t carry the part I needed. However, Lauren was extremely helpful in identifying the manufacturer of my part from photos I emailed to her. Then she gave me the name and number of another vendor who carries that part. That is BEYOND customer service!
