Seattle Fireplace

These folks were great. Our gas fireplace stopped working in the house we just bought a few months ago. We called these people and they called us back very quickly. We scheduled a time for them to come out the following week. They sent two people, fixed the issue quickly and for a good price, and even cleaned our fireplace and rearranged the fake logs to have the gas flame spread much better. It’s such much nicer and prettier now than it was before, we’re actually glad the fireplace stopped working so we had it worked on. They could have just done the minimal job of fixing the fireplace and we would have been super happy with that, but they really did an awesome job well beyond what we expected. Thank you!

Seattle Fireplace is the best! They gave my gas fireplace a full tune-​up and cleaning for a reasonable price. The two guys who came over were really friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. I definitely recommend them.

Oh thank goodness for these people. I called all over town trying to find a place that could repair my outdoor gas firepit. I was hosting a party in the next several days and I really wanted the firepit to work. Every place I called was a «no, sorry». Then I was referred to Seattle Fireplace. YES! They were able to help me. Two fabulous experts were at my house three days later, and fixed the device in under an hour. They had to take it apart and put it back together, and it is working well now. I am eternally grateful. The telephone staff person was friendly and helpful too. Thank you Seattle Fireplace!
