The first trial session is supposedly complementary if your children does not enjoy it but if your child enjoys it and would like to sign up you have to pay for that first class, which I feel that the first try out class should be complementary. The place stinks like sweat and feet but my daughter enjoyed the overall experience and had a ton of fun. The coaches seem awesome and my daughters super happy to have a weekly activity.
My daughter has signed up for the past 3 seasons and she loves her teacher and Emma has made my daughter gymnastic/​learning experience super fun!!! Thank you!

Indoor Playground: what a great idea for rainy days (and the occasional sunny one) when we have wiggles that need to break free! Kids have free run of the whole place, with the exception of the larger equipment. Trampolines, foam pits, mats, hoops, small bars and balance beams. We have a 3 year old with boundless energy and it’s the only thing that really tuckers her out. (Thank you!!) The staff is super friendly and there are even some snacks for purchase on those days when I forget to pack something. Love it!

Whoa! This place is awesome! Came here today for $ 2 Tuesday and a non– perishable food item (each child). Is such a great place for kids to be active, learn creative ways to play & exercise.
The gym is clean, colorful, full of interesting things to climb on & over, a large foam pit, monkey bars, balance beams, trampolines, slides, multiple ladders, etc. Most kids love the foam pit and Tumbl Trak (long trampoline).
If you want a fun activity to do weekly with your child, this is a really great option. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back soon!
Pro Tip: The gym offers every Tuesday during indoor playgrounds the entry will be $ 2 and a non– perishable food item. 11:30AM and 2:15PM Only.

* Adults must stay with the children at all times.
* Parents are NOT ALLOWED on the equipment at any time.
* No shoes allowed in the gym area and children MUST be barefoot.
* High Beams and High Bars are OFF Limits ­ please do not use this equipment as it is too BIG for the children.
* One (1) child on the Tumbl Trak (long trampoline) at a time and only in one direction.
* Max 2 children on the Trampoline at a time.
* The Foam Pit is a lot of fun but can be dangerous, so please remember only land on feet or bottoms ­ NEVER head first or stomach first.
* Please use the Restroom for changing diapers and dispose diapers in the diaper genie, located in the restroom.
* If your child has a «potty» accident, please notify the supervisor immediately so appropriate cleaning may be done.

The place stinks. The equipment, floor, bathroom and mats are all filthy with visible dirt. The teachers are very young and inexperienced. They do not know how to instruct.

My girlfriend took her kid here for a bday party. The place stunk like feet and kid sweat. After the visit, the kid came down with fifth disease and spread it to her siblings. Slap cheek isn’t a big deal, (if you’re privileged and get PTO) and kids love the place, but other institutions have policies that prioritize the health of children successfully and this place can too.

A great place for kids’ birthday parties. With two kids, I have taken them to at least 5 just here at this location (and a few at the other locations). It’s fun for both boys and girls, and great for kids with or without any gymnastics experience.
The teachers are great at getting all of the kids involved and having fun. They have the play time broken up into segments and rotate around to different areas and activities just before the kids get bored of it.
For the parents of the birthday child, it is one of the least stressful ways to entertain a bunch of kids. You just show up and they pretty much take care of the rest, including clean up!

I love this place and it’s super fun.
The kids went here on Saturdays last year just for a play around thing in this big warehouse that’s just filled w gymnastics equipment for children.
It’s like an early sport or play thing that’s nice for the kids to get into. There are lots of other small kids ranging in age groups and it’s just an hour of free lancing about in the big play area.
Parents get really involved as well, it’s a way for us to enjoy the kids and enjoy our time being there doing fun stuff. Parents play w their kids and help them out and the kids LOVE the parachute and end up sitting on the parachute getting dragged like a sleigh.
Good laughs, fun company and good exercise for you and the kids, plus you enjoy a full hour of it.
They do offer classes if you want to enroll your children in gymnastics classes too.

First and foremost this has been a phenomenal activity for our kids. Both of our children have a great time and it was clearly our daughters favorite activity until she started to «age out» at 4.
Coaches Rebecca and Amy are amazing.
So why give it a three?
1) Expenses and «hidden fees» which interestingly enough your not notified of until you have already signed for the next semester (non-​refundable)…
2) Administratively (and the MUCH more important issue) they are bureaucratic and surly which makes them difficult to work with.
a) During registration periods the front desk is overwhelmed.
(…by a lot of type A parents which in fairness probably makes folks surly. :-))
b) Trying to get a straight answer on which classes will have which instructor early enough to make an informed decision on what classes to sign up for is frustrating at best.
c) If for some reason a student needs to change classes; transferring to another class is highly unlikely to happen.
d) The number of classes are limited which would not be a problem if existing students and those on the wait list had «first shot». They don’t.
e) The wait list is «erased» without notice at the start of each new «semester».
f) Limited hours on weekends which are their busiest time.

The first word my 4-​year-​old uttered (or rather, yelled) when we walked through the doors for their open play hour was «fantastic». That pretty much sums it up.
I’m new to the gymnastics scene and I’ve always been a little intimidated by those huge buildings and seemingly perfect gymnasts, but after reading about their daily toddler time I just had to give it a try. My two boys looooved it. Tons of room to roam and plenty of age-​appropriate equipment for them to climb around and discover. The biggest hit for my 4-​year-​old was the foam pit and my 2-year-old’s favorite was the trampolines.
An hour seems like a short amount of time for the price ($ 6 per child), but considering all the equipment and the amount of energy they expend, this seems about right in retrospect. This is a great treat for the under-​5 set and think of it this way — you’re basically buying yourself some serious naptime.
Their website is nice and informative and the times are pretty good — there are not many indoor activities that occur twice a day, Monday through Friday. Love that.
The only tip I can think of is that each child is required to be covered by private insurance. It seems that this is something they enforce, as I witnessed one conversation with a parent who couldn’t find her insurance ID and was nearly turned away.
My only complaint? Why didn’t my mom take me to one of these places all the time when I was a child??? ;-) Jealous!

A great place for kiddos!
They have all kinds of levels for classes for kids on just about every day of the week. There is a large open area for practicing routines, a foam pit for flips, a bouncy walkway, high bars and many other gymnastics equipment that I have little knowledge of. The children I nanny for have taken several sessions here are really enjoy it for the most part.
The best part for them is the open gym on Fridays from 4:30 — 5:30 as well as the parents night out where for a fee they get to play, eat pizza and watch a movie while mom and dad have a date night.
The only downside to this place could be the awful parking situation and some of the teachers seem slightly strict… according to the kiddos.
They also have an adults night where you can come test out your skills. Something that my girlfriends and I can’t wait to try!

So impressed with the instructors here AND at the skill level these kids possess! My son has so much confidence because his instructors give him the tools he needs to go through the movements. Of all his extracurricular activities, his class here at SGA is his favorite by leaps and bounds.

Took the toddlers in for their open play hour (ages 1 – 5) and they had a blast! The staff were so friendly and cool, you can really tell they like kids. I would love to get my kiddos signed up for classes. Very nice gym, lots of equipment, also they have a little play area set up for the little kids to play in while their older siblings are in their classes. They seem to have thought of everything.

three magic words: PARENTS NIGHT OUT
it’s improved my social life by 20%. My daughter freakin’ LOVES IT and so do we.
Staff are great, welcoming and friendly to the kids, even those who aren’t so sure about their visit will be charmed and happy to stay.
Drop the little ones at 6, and they will be served pizza, watch a movie, led in crafts and get to bounce their Friday nervous energy out until they are returned to you little lumps of happytiredkidlove.
The other classes seem fantastic, although we haven’t taken them, we plan to as soon as holicraze end.
