If you are stranded or need repairs to your rv do not call Seattle mobile mechanics 360−286−9079. In their message machine, it says «we will call back in just a few minutes». Hours and hours went by and we were stranded. In Seattle. They never called back. This con is bad for people needing help. If you say you are emergency service then do it. If not, don’t have your message say we will call right back in a few minutes 24 hours per day 7 days per week. It is a lie. Fortunately called a couple other places as back up and was taken care of. Totally lame.

THE MECHANIC CAN’T GET HIS OWN TRUCK TO START!
So I contacted Seattle Mobile Mechanic, also known as Seattle Mobile RV. I found their ads on Craig’s List. I spoke with Troy. I needed someone to come to my home because my car wouldn’t start. They made an appointment to come out in 4 days at 10 am. He said there would be a base of $ 50 fee to come out.
The appointment time came and went. After waiting an hour, I called the guy Troy at Seattle Mobile Mechanic and he laughed, that he couldn’t find my phone number to call me to tell me that he couldn’t come out because … get this… his truck would not start.
The mechanic who can’t get to work because his truck would not start — there’s got to be good joke in there somewhere! He asked if he could reschedule. NO THANKS.
IF THE MECHANIC CAN’T GET HIS OWN CAR TO START, HE IS NOT THE GUY I WANT TO BE PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO, TO TRY TO GET MY CAR TO START!

We booked an appointment for an urgent repair, and they didn’t show. When we called them back, they said they never made an appointment with us, they were busy, and couldn’t help. We checked our call records and we’d definitely called them. Luckily we found another company that came right away.
