never showed up! didn’t answer the phone… didn’t call…

Rented a bus for 16 people at a great deal of 5 hours for $ 900. Bus was kind of small and could probably use a little bit more lights but it was very clean and looked good inside and outside. This was for a homecoming and it was an absolute blast the driver was very professional (I don’t remember his name) and took us everywhere on the itinerary and was just really cool. I don’t know about the other reviews but maybe it was just a rare occurrence. We also went 30 min over the time we were expecting to get back home and he said not to worry about it and that it wouldn’t be a problem. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend. Great job Seattle party bus!!!

Worst Party Bus Rental company, do not waste a penny — Go elsewhere! So unprofessional & they have no problem charging your card for whatever they please. I had to get my credit card company involved to investigate and refund the charge (they charged me for 2x the rental cost). Travis called my phone yelling and calling me every bad name in the book & said he doesn’t care about his customers. This place is obnoxious. Oh, and our driver was texting and driving with 20 passengers.

Oh party bus! Your driver should get a gold metal for putting up with all the shenanigans! The one passed out and the the fighting couple. Silly!!! They were professional and wonderful. They didn’t judge. Lol! Tip your drivers well. They certainly don’t have as much fun as the passengers.

Wish I could provide zero stars. Also wish I would have used my brain and checked Unilocal before even calling (this is what I get for doing a blind google search). I wonder how much «Rita L.» was paid to write her «review.» Maybe thats what this company (Travis?) does with deposits they don’t disclose are non-​refundable. Hope this one is worth every penny:
1) whomever answers the phone is unprofessional, sounds hung over, and doesn’t return phone calls. Thinking its an early 20s guy trying to ‘live the dream.’ If you’re trying to decide whether to trust this company or not, just give them a call and listen to their voicemail.
2) at no time after multiple conversations was it disclosed to me that «any» reservations require a NON-​refundable deposit regardless of advance cancellation notice. At no time. I talked to the guy at least three times, made a reservation 6 weeks in advance, never received a confirmation email or phone call (I should have been suspicious at this point). I was told a credit card number was needed to hold the reservation (sure) and a $ 100 deposit would be charged prior to the full amount being assessed (ok).
3) half of the party couldn’t make it, so ended up cancelling the reservation two weeks in advance. literally twelve days in advance of the event date (cousin’s bachelorette). again, was not told my deposit was non-​refundable.
4) was charged the $ 100 deposit a full two days after I cancelled the reservation. Guessing in hopes that I wouldn’t notice? Not really sure, but its been a long time since any company has tried to pull a fast one like this on me.
5) unsurprisingly, I had a hard time getting a call back in regards to my deposit which, shame on me, I hadn’t noticed was charged until today (it was charged ⁸⁄₂₈). On the 3^rd try I reached someone who informed me that «all deposits are non-​refundable.» Said this was stated on the website and handily they couldn’t remember where. Tip for you Travis: when you have someone on the phone that shows interest in your service, full disclosure is a basic expecation.
6) lastly, instead of an apology, I was given the «rationale» that airlines do not give refunds. This was so outlandish I simply responded that I hoped this review would be worth $ 100 and hung up (along with the hassle of me disputing the credit card charge — ooh Travis. You pissed off the wrong girl). Last I checked airlines do not take deposits. You buy a TICKET to get you from A to B at a designated time and you pay up front for it. Its nothing remotely comparable to reserving a service to take you wherever you want for however long you want where you pay by the hour. This is a luxury service, which frankly neither I nor anyone else has a need for. If this is how you do business, its a wonder you have any customers. Guessing you won’t for much longer.

Incredibly unprofessional company. I know it is a party bus so my expectations should not have been that high, but even accounting for some lackadaisicalness I was horrendously disappointed.
My arrangements were completely changed with zero notice until the buses rolled up, late. I was asked for a banquet permit and almost not allowed to drink — the point of renting a bus such as this — with my group of 21+. The drivers continued to be late throughout the night and got lost on the way to our strict reservation. The music didn’t even work in the bus — what a buzz kill.
When I calmly and professionally expressed my disappointment with the company owner (I believe) Travis, I got a very unsatisfying response back. If you plan events that have important details that need to go accordingly, I personally do not recommend hiring this company.

This was by far the best party experience ever! I can’t wait to do it all again. The driver was such a funny guy and knew all the best places in the city for me and my friends to go. Sooo fun and worth every penny!

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. This party bus company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. A group of friends and I rented a bus from Seattle Party Bus for our friend’s Bachelorette Party and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
The driver, Travis, left WITH ALL OF OUR STUFF after two hours into the night and we had a 5-​hour rental. He completely abandoned us in Capital Hill (Seattle) and left us wandering the streets for hours. He wouldn’t answer any of our calls and would only speak to one girl in the group, who’d phone happened to be dead. He was completely unprofessional and even swore at us when he finally dropped all of our stuff back off.
The company refused to give us a refund and even charged us an EXTRA fee. We did nothing wrong, half of the girls in the group were sober and he wouldn’t listed to ANY of us. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

They don’t even deserve one star. They are rude unprofessional and yell at the kids on the bus. Do not let your kids rent from these people for prom or whatever! Whatever you do don’t chose these guys. Travis is trashy and so… Over the top unethical. At one point he was going through the personal belongings well the kids were eating dinner

Really wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY! This was for my sons 16^th birthday. A special day.
I am a small business owner and cannot believe how this company is run.
I rented and paid for this bus a week ahead of time. I get a call 4 hours before the bus was suppose to be there that the amp on the bus broke but they are working to fix it. Half an hour before they were to be picked up that the bus isn’t running and they will be bringing two small busses. I wasn’t happy about that because the kids all wanted to be together, but we decided to deal with it and make the best out of the night. They also said we will make it better by giving you a 4 hour ride for free in the future. So I thought ok good. Wrong… 10 minutes after they drop them at the first location-​dinner– I get a call. Travis says we have an issue. He says after the kids got off the bus he proceeded to search through their belongings and found a water bottle full of vodka. Ok. Not cool I’m mad at the kids my husband is immediately calling my son. But the next thing Travis says makes me wonder. He says hey it’s cool we will continue the ride, but I’m not gonna give you the free 4 hour trip now. Wait what? Apparently normally this would be cause for the ride to end. And that I completely understand. But I completely feel like this is a setup! I’m arguing now and feel really blackmailed. And not even sure what is going on. So he gets mad and now he drives the bus to the police station. Leaving the kids.
We get to the police station and my first concern is the diabetic kid left at the pasta restaurant who has left his insulin on the bus and called me looking for it. So I say to Travis I need the red bag now. You and my husband can talk but I need the bag. Nope he refuses– now we also are denying medical I’m done. So beyond pissed. Had to wait for the police to get the kids stuff so we could leave. I know these kids well. I’m gonna be honest and say I am hard pressed to know one that would have done this, but I cannot be 100% sure. However this entire situation seems super shady and I’m seriously pissed of at how it was handled. Not to mention I had already paid, and paid for another to come get them and finish the night.
Horizon party buses showed up within 30 minutes in a beautiful 30 person bus. The Seattle party buses were nasty and old. I will be sure to tell this story to everyone who listens.
Btw reminder to never leave personal items on a party bus. Apparently it’s ok for them to just go through your stuff!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Everything started off awesome until we got a call a week after we booked saying they put us down for the wrong day and they would have to change the bus on us, ok whatever a bus is a bus. Then they call again asking if they can pick us up and drop us off early because someone else wanted the bus. I asked if they booked first and he said «Well no? but we want to make sure they can rent a bus.» Uhh okay so my rental doesn’t matter anymore. After all of this I tried to call two days before my prom to confirm and make sure that someone was actually going to show up to get us. After calling three times the owner finally got back to me and told me he couldn’t confirm because the paper work was all in the bus and then hung up? Then I got a call at 6 when we were supposed to be picked up that the driver was going to be 5 minutes late, 30 minutes later the guy finally showed up. We all got on and were surprised to find beer and wine from the people before us. We are ALL in HIGHSCHOOL! You would think they would at least do a garbage sweep through. We then got on the bus after dinner to find the driver had been smoking on the bus while we were eating. Gross! We ended up getting off the bus 45 minutes before we said we would, and paid the driver who said we were short money even though the owner said an amount before we got on and paid. We were not told that a 20% tip was tacked on. I’m sorry a tip is my choice to pay for good service not something that I have to pay.
Pay the extra money and go somewhere where they are professional and on time.

My group of friends have used Seattle Party Bus a few times in the last couple years. It’s become a bachelorette party tradition! We’ve done trips to Dick’s, stops for more booze and had a rolling dance party. Some of my favorite memories! Travis is awesome and let us do photos a few spots in Seattle. We’ve had other drivers, too, and they’ve all been friendly, accommodating and RAD! I don’t think we’ll ever do a bachelorette party WITHOUT Seattle Party Bus!

Coordinated a 18^th birthday party sharing a bus with another family.
Travis basically was rude– unhelpful and just plain bad customer service for a product that is 300 an hour.
Go with elegant touch — professional– and way better service. That’s who I picked for my other daughters b-​day.

His driver on this bus yelled at the kids and was terrible manners as well.

In case your a parent deciding for prom or a birthday — the driver made inappropriate comments «I wish I was home» «you kids «., yelled at them — acted like she didn’t want to be there.

Used these guys for a ride from my wedding ceremony to the reception two weeks ago. The coordinator, Travis, texted with me to confirm everything (which I so appreciated considering how busy we were in the days before). The driver was kind and showed up right on time. We blasted music and danced the whole way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a party bus in Seattle!

I got a party bus for my 40^th birthday, and it was one of the best nights of my life. I made multiple phone calls to Travis because plans kept changing, and he was very professional and helpful every single time.
On the night of the party, our driver, Nate, picked us up on time, and got us to and from our party spot safely all while putting up with my drunk friends and my even drunker self! He was professional and funny — and a good driver!
This is seriously the way to go if several people are going out for the night. We all let our hair down and had a FANTASTIC time because none of us had to worry about driving. I loved how clean the bus was, that we got to use our own Ipod, and the lights that flickered. Really a great atmosphere. It was also fun watching the reactions of other drivers as the party bus passed them on the freeway!
I will definitely be using the party bus again, and I will recommend it to others. WAY better than a limousine!
Thank you to Travis and the party bus people for making my 40^th a night I will remember forever!

I can not believe how congenial the driver is after having to baby sit drunk party goers all night. I mean I rage pretty hard when I know I don’t have to drive and all I can say is me and my friends go pretty hard in the paint… the driver’s patience amazes me!
The rates are reasonable and he caters to your every need. It’s a fun idea for birthday bar hopping or just cruising to a show in style.
I really have no complaints… I am curious as to who this cathy g. character is and why they do not like to have fun?

Bring your own booze and crusie where you want. Travis and Jesse are the real deal. They cater to your needs and will help be excellent photographers if you ask them too.
You can’t go wrong with the seattle party bus. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a good time. They are always on time and help with picking you up and dropping you off at all your destinations.
If you are planning any party and don’t want to drive or just want to be able to drink on the way to your destinations safely, then try the party bus! They are great for all occasions whether it be a birthday party, bachlorette party, or even a wine tour. Safe and courteous service!

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the person below who reviewed this business. Sounds like they just don’t know how to have a good time. My friend had a party through Seattle Party Bus Rentals and it was the best. The owner, Travis, is really professional, patient, knowledgable and easy to work with. He helped us plan the party and was really a pleasure to work with. The buses are safe, comfortable and stylish. I have nothing bad to say as this was a great experience. Flat screen tvs, leather interior, music of our choosing and a stripper pole. What’s not to like?
