Seattle Top Class Limo

I booked Seattle Top Class Limo service for my wedding day — a white stretch hummer to seat max 16 people. For 3 hours, we wanted transportation for our wedding party to go to picture locations. I knew it was going to be a scorcher (90+ degrees, in fact) and didn’t want to subject our friends to any extra time in the hot sun than needed.
PROS:
–Good communication via email with Vick, the manager.
–Driver was on time and friendly.
CONS:
–They promised an air-​conditioned vehicle; the air conditioning was apparently broken because it was hot in the car. There was air blowing, but not cold air…
–The privacy partition didn’t work. So when we put on music in the back, he was actually dancing in the front seat and talking to us.
–Cost: for 3 hours being driven around Tacoma, i.e. everything was within a 15 minute drive (and we only went 2 places), he charged us $ 500.
For the high cost, I would expect at least air conditioning that works. Especially since that was our main reason for booking.
I did contact Vick and tell him what happened, asking if we could get a partial refund. He flat-​out said no, and that they would look into fixing the air conditioning. Because they ONLY accept cash as payment (hmm.) that means I can’t dispute with my credit card company.
I would not recommend their service to anyone.
