Seattle’s Property Management has been managing my property for over a year now and I could not be happier. Matt and his team has been extremely helpful and responsive with all matters (including an emergency water leak!).

I am a client of the Bronson group for the past 5 years. Matt Bronson has been managing 2 of my properties and has done a FANTASTIC job. He is knowledgeable of the market and has a keen mind of the rent charges and the right level of services to provide to the tenants and the landlord (me). I am in the process of buying another property and I am going with Matt again.
His back office operations are also very efficient and his speed of response to any question is stellar.
