Secure Data Recovery did an excellent job in recovering the data from my Hard Drive. I have been using a Mac Book Pro since mid-​2012 and never had a hard drive crash till August 2014. Thus all my data, 6 years of work from job and education, was stored in the 750GB hard drive that was in the Mac Book Pro. Since I didn’t have any incidence of crashed Hard Drive, I didn’t make any backup. When it actually crashed, I tried to reinstall MAC OSX so I can gain access to my valuable data but in vain. I was not confident at all that I will be able to recover the data even through professional recovery services.
I found out about Secure Data Recovery through online search. I was still unsure about the recovery of the data and its integrity. Mitchell the account rep was very supportive and assuring in this regard. That instilled some confidence in me that the data might be retrieved. All the process from sending my Mac’s hard drive to recovery and sending back the new drive with data went very smoothly. I was surprised and very happy to see that 100% of my data was recovered error free.
