This service is a god-​send. I am in California and wanted to get a birthday gift to my friend who lives in a more remote area in Washington. I called SEND on Saturday afternoon already assuming there was no way anyone could get the item there the same day. I put my order in at 4pm, and the item got to my friend’s door before 6pm. Insane service. What is even better is Jeff — the company has telephone support and it is top notch. After Jeff delivered the gift, he sent a confirmation email and also gave me a call to let me know everything was taken care of. BTW — I forgot to mention the pricing is ridiculously competitive. It would have cost me more to ship the item UPS ground than for them to pick it up and drop it off. Really unbelievable service.

The website is unbelievably easy to use and the pricing is superb. Send is a no-​frills, gimicky get-​it-​done-​right the first time delivery service.
Go with DHL if you want your package to look like it fought Mayweather or Yellow Cab if you want it dropped off at the wrong location the next day in the same city. I have them handle my accounts that go to major players like UW, etc. Never been disappointed.

I own a meal delivery & catering business that often needs an extra set of hands (and wheels) to get our deliveries done & so far I’m super impressed with Send! Their website almost seems too simple to be true but its legit. Just good ‘ol fashioned professional, timely service with no hidden fees. Their fees are super reasonable — it’d cost me more to send one of my own employees on most of the deliveries. Thanks for making my life a little less stressful Send!
