Arrogant, obnoxious, condescending and just plain awful Internet and website provider. Olivia is especially despicable and beyond arrogant. We are working to get out of this situation. As office manager for a well known periodontist, I hear from other offices about the negative experiences with Sesame Communications. Do not engage their services. They will take your money, make a cookie-cutter website and then dismiss your business. They have no respect for the medical community and are dismissive.

Poor customer service. When a patient account has not been updated automatically by their software, they tell the orthodontist’s staff that it will take 7 – 10 days to correct… and if it is not up by then, to contact them again. 10 days later, the information had still not been updated in the patient’s account. In this day and age, it is unacceptable that digital information cannot be automatically uploaded as promised… and that it should take more than 10 days to rectify. Would not recommend this service because it is unreliable and customer support is poor. 6÷1÷2015 — It’s been a month(4 weeks) and the information is still not uploaded. Extremely frustrating. 8÷9÷2015 — The patient’s account was never updated. Appalling service. Would not recommend.
