I wish I could give more stars. The customer service here is amazing! I came in a few weeks ago to pick out paint for my practice. I had no experience painting before and Ross was very knowledgeable and explained the importance of lighting with respect to paint color. Flash forward to this weekend: I purchased paint for the office and found I was one gallon short for paint. I called 5 minutes after this store closed. Not only did Ross pick up the phone, but he offered to mix the paint and deliver the paint to my practice because it was on his way home! I saw patients the next day, so this really really helped me out. I will always use Sherwin-Williams and refer my friends and loved ones here for their painting needs. Wow. Still amazed at how Ross went out of his way to help out a customer. It should really be in a business or Customer Care 101 Class. Thanks, Ross!

I bought paint for the exterior of my house here. First I got some pint-size samples to try out some of the colors. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A couple years later I had them custom mix some paint to match what was already in my bathroom. They did a perfect job — the paint matched really well.

Sat in traffic for 45 minutes both ways to get to this place so I could get the color of paint I wanted, and it turns out they don’t mix paint. What the hell is the point of a paint store that can’t give you the color you want?
The girl I talked to could barely comprehend the notion of mixing various paints together to get a desired color and seemed to think I was a moron for even asking.
