I had a cracked screen on my Samsung 3. Because of my work, I cannot go without a phone for more than a couple of hours. I called SimpleTech and got a call back right away. The price was much less than everywhere else I called. Chris sent me an itemized written estimate and took care of ordering the screen once I agreed to the work. Unfortunately for me, the problem turned out to be more than the screen. Chris was able to offer me a replacement phone for a great price, which was fantastic because I really couldn’t afford a new phone right now. There were a couple of bumps getting the phone up, but Chris handled everything like a true professional. It is obvious that Customer Care and getting things right are really important to him. He even reimbursed me for my parking! I will ABSOLUTELY use Chris again if the need arises and would recommend SimpleTech to anybody looking for repairs.
