I have been playing soccer for 1 year. I did not start until I was an adult. I found that my game was not improving nearly as quickly as I would have liked. I signed up for both the skills class as wells as the fitness boot camp. It has been only 5 weeks, but I have really seen a big improvement in my ability to control and trap the ball, as well as in dribbling and shooting skills. I feel it would have taken me many 10 week co-rec soccer seasons to have learned what I have taken from these classes in just 5 weeks. I highly recommend these classes!

I’ve been playing soccer for several years, but I didn’t start until I became an adult. Therefore I’ve never had any training/coaching on the fundamentals(dribbling, shooting, passing, etc.) Chochi’s classes have been exactly what I’ve needed to start improving my game.

This boot camp has been very helpful in gaining agility and balance in my game. I am a beginner and am still learning the game, but this boot camp provided a nice balance of soccer-specific movements and aerobic exercises to get my heart-rate up and improve my body control. I have seen the results in my play on the field with increased endurance and a more explosive first step. My touch on the ball has also been improving with each boot camp session. Chochi is a very good teacher, provides positive reinforcement, and is very adept at explaining how the exercises translate to soccer movements. I would highly recommend this class/camp for anyone looking to improve their play in soccer and increase their ability to play and make decisions faster on the pitch.
