I came here about two weeks ago to get my dermal piercings removed, I wanted the least amount of scarring and I didn’t really trust a piercer to remove them. I wanted to get them removed because my body was rejecting the left one and causing a terrible infection. I did some research and came across this place. I emailed them about a consultation, price, etc. One of their receptionist responded very quickly and was so informative and sweet!
I came here during a weekday with my friend, and the building is a little confusing to find but they have a parking garage and are located near the UW Medicine building near the University Village.
Upon arriving, we were greeted and offered beverages (water, tea, or coffee) and I had to fill out a two page form. After filling out some paper work, one of Dr. Cooper’s assistant (I believe) did a quick consultation with me about my dermal piercings. Moments later, Dr. Cooper came in and examined me and we did the procedure that day. I didn’t need insurance for this procedure, because most health insurances wouldn’t cover this anyway.
The procedure probably only took about 10 minutes, I didn’t feel any discomfort except for when he was numbing me (that was the only painful part but it went by quick) Him and his assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease, because my friend wasn’t allowed in the room. They gave me lots of bandaids and ointment to take home, and also called the following day to check up on me.
I would recommend this place to anyone! I know I only got a small procedure done, but I feel like my wounds are healing so nice and these «scars» will fade away in no time! Dr. Cooper and his staff are really friendly, approachable, and so caring! The procedure was a little pricey, but worth it and I don’t regret coming here.

I got jawline reduction Botox from Dr Sattler. He is very professional and the process is fast and painless. More importantly, the amount of Botox he injected makes a difference yet in a natural way. I can see the difference after one month and my jawline is slimmer than ever. I will keep going back for Botox treatment. Also, the staff are friendly and price is great.

I see Dr. Joshua Cooper regularly for botox here. This is the 4^th doc I have tried and he does a fantastic job with placement. Gives me a great natural look and takes years off. Price is excellent and office staff is outstanding.

BEWARE I had a terrible experience with DR Sattler first my consultation was not complete i was told this would be covered by insurance. My insurance approved this operation. When I arrived a couple days prior for surgery to find out he did not explain the reduction it would be a total of 900 cc versus the 450 cc that he told me now stated per breast what a bait and switch. I was upset he apologize he said he has learned from this experience and would be more clear! I discussed this bad situation with my family and opted to have the surgery and pay out of pocket since time was scheduled off and I flew in from out of state for family to help me recover. I now have two different size aerola’s, I had equal size before the surgery very difficult to look at. A couple days later I went in since the tape was falling off his nurse Julie removed the tape and my entire breast opened up fluid just kept flowing down my side Julie then told me my doctor is on vacation. She said everything was ok there was no need to see a doctor. There was no doctor in the office, why did she do this then. Two days later I knew something was wrong. I went in to see Dr. Cooper where he stated he needed to suture me up also he stated with no injection for numbing a painful experience. then stated Dr. Sattler would fix this at a later time. I was very upset and now the scars look terriable and have widened I have seen two other doctors who could not believe the poor results from this post surgery. My now smaller breats completely fall into my arm pits when I lay on my back. Bad scarring two different size aerola’s and dog earring under my breasts. Then almost two months later a anchor stich gave out leaving a large size hole with blood and fluid draining it took three weeks to close up. I called the office they said he was in surgery all day I stated this is very important. A couple hours later he returned my call I started to tell him what had occurred he rudely said «if I would stop talking he would tell me what to do» clearly he was done with me since he had payment for my surgery and I live out of state. I will now have to wait a year the other one of the two doctors do reconstructive surgery both separately advised to wait a year. I sent my photos to Dr Stattler with a email his response was to stop by the office when in town. I would NEVER let him touch me again never mind he said I would have to pay for the surgery center all over again. Most importantly I have to live with this horrible reminder everyday I look in the mirror this is emotionally devasting experience. Dr. Sattler said it does not look natural for aerola’s to be the same size I completely disagree this looks horrible. Ladies be careful! $ 8,000 later and more surgery needed to fix his work! So devastating!

I’ve been going to Dr. Cooper for botox for the last year, and I couldn’t be happier. He has definitely made me into a botox convert — and I never thought I would be! (Of course that was before I turned forty.) The Sound Plastic Surgery staff are professional, friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends in a heartbeat.

4 Weeks Post Op, Sound Plastic Surgery is the best plastic surgeon in the Seattle area. At 4 weeks post op my scars healed so nicely you can barely see them. My lift with augmentation went great. Couldn’t ask for a better surgeon. They will be doing my lower body lift in November. Most important thing to do when choosing a surgeon is to do your research. I am glad I did.
