I am very Lucky to have found Kyle… He is the best .
I have been Training with Kyle for 3 years now and I can tell you that not only is he a great personal trainer, excellent teacher, very professional, but also an amazing person .
Kyle really knows what he is doing and he makes sure the exercises are tailor to your needs. He is and expert in putting safety first .
I am 50 years old and I can tell you I am now in the best shape of my life, and people think I am a lot younger, thanks to Kyle.
You need to go and make and appointment with Kyle and it will change your life. Tell all your friends and co workers too.

Kyle is one the best trainers I’ve ever worked with in the industry.
He definitely has a passion for his profession and it shows. He’s constantly reading books, articles, attending workshops and clinics to expand his expertise in his field. Kyle has clearly made personal training, not just a career he is great at, but a large aspect of his lifestyle.
Kyle has a great functional approach towards training that makes him worth every penny he charges. I have a background in sport science and really appreciate his creativity and knowledge he puts into his workout plans. While i worked with Kyle I obtained the quickest results in strength in a very long time. All though I only got to train with Kyle for several months, the knowledge I’ve gained from him will last me a lifetime. Give this guy three times out of your week and he will change your life!

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years and early in my career I had the pleasure of working side by side with Kyle for close to 2 years. Over this time he was responsible for shaping me as a trainer with his extensive knowledge of biomechanics, exercise efficacy, nutrition, and proper movement patterns. He helped me alleviate all the pain I had previously experienced due to a partial ACL tear as well as safely doubling my weights in the squat and deadlift in less than a year. He has a wealth of knowledge in many subjects and is one of the very small handful of trainers I would ever turn to for advice.
