We have hired Spanish Caravan twine now, both times on SUPER short notice (a matter of days before the event.) I’d give them 5 stars just for being so accommodating for us
The food: the bacon wrapped, blue cheese stuffed, dates have been a huge hit at both parties. Really delicious. Also loved the grilled leeks on toast, the goat cheese tartlets, the spanish tortilla (we had this last time, it was a hit), and the ablondigas meatballs. Chicken salsa verde, served in a little phylo cup, was decent but not memorable or particularly flavorful. Calamari salsa verde, served on toast, was not all that great. Flavors were a bit off and nearly no one touched it at the party.
Overall great service and good food, and its different than standard catering menus, which our guests have seemed to appreciate.

Brian catered a party at my house and the food was all the rave. The tapas were amazing and authentic! My favorite included:
— tortilla espanol
— bocadillos
— meatballs
— plum cakes
— crab cakes
— fig wrapped with serrano

We used SCC for our company party and it was fantastic. We did a paella party and all of our employees loved it. It was an interesting twist on the regular office party. People were standing around the pans while they were cooking and asking the friendly chefs lots of questions. We ate plates full of paella that was as good as paella gets. We also had them do a plum dessert and it was amazing. I’ve since been to a dinner party in a home with SCC cooking other authentic spanish dishes, tapas and small plates. It was wonderful and I will definitely use them to do a party in my home. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

We planned a tapas-themed party for a birthday in our home. While we had some ideas of small plates to prepare we decided to bring the level up a bit and explore some help with a local caterer. We hit great fortune in finding Brian Partks and Spanish Caravan Catering. He responded in a very timely manner and he gave great guidance. Our guests loved the presentation and the tastiness of the food. Brian was great to work with and we highly recommend his services to those considering a catered event.
