I had my car towed to Spencer’s as my car broke down on I-​5. I was pleasantly surprised to find courteous, professional and honest service. Spencer’s could have delayed my repair and held my hostage with a lot of unneeded work and/​or a large bill, neither of which happened. Tracy was very clear in her communication and never promised more than the shop could deliver and I am thankful. My bill was much less than I had had for the same work done at big box shops and the service time was half as long. Great work!

Spencer’s has been working on mine and my entire family’s vehicles for a long time, every since I can remember. They are friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Whenever i have a problem with my car, my first thought is to take it to Spencer’s!

Very disappointed in this station. I have a motor home with a 100gallon propane tank, I pulled into the parking lot at 8pm and was told I was out of luck they closed at 8pm. This was potentially a $ 300 transaction and future visits as I live in the area. Too bad. I will not be returning.

My family has been going to Spencer’s for over 20 years because they are so trustworthy! I now live about 15 miles from their station/​garage, but any time we have van trouble, straight to Spencer’s it goes! Half the time we assume it’ll be a major repair and Rich (the owner) looks at it to find out it is just something minor. He looks out for his customers every time!
