They took my insurance card during my first appt and said that I would be covered. Later, I found out that this wasn’t true, and I was on the hook for a $ 300 bill. Dr Gilmore’s office wouldn’t accept any responsibility for their mistake. I’d offered to split the difference with them, but they refused to budge at all. I’ll take some responsibility for not double checking with my insurance company first, but I was shocked by how unreasonable they were.

My favorite, best ever, dentist. I’ve been going to Dr. Gilmore for 15+ years. My spouse has as well. She’s very good. Attentive, level-​headed, helpful, and quite kind. Anyone who sees me for 15 mins twice a year and remembers the important stuff — my family, the name of my daughter, my dental history — is far better than good.
