I’ve been to this location 3 times and they seem to always be busy with a line and fairly quick but with 6 people working and no lines, it took me 6 mins to get a refill on a tea. Lots of talking going on with employees about their personal like and not focused on their guest like other Starbucks are. I would walk to the next one and your service maybe better and faster.

I pass by three sbuxs and two other coffee shops on my way to work and this if my preferred coffee shop of choice. They’re friendly and always willing to remake drinks if I want a little more soy. Sbux love.

These guys are on it! They know almost all their customers by name and drink. It is impressive. They have excellent customer service skills and that is why I stop in 3 times a day. That, and my coffee addiction problem.

I love Starbucks, but this location is driving me crazy. I don’t know if it is the new guy or what. Last time I went in the guy never gave my drink order to the barista; this time, my un-toasted bagel was toasted and my gingerbread latte was eggnog. I’m getting tired of this!

This is my reliable coffee stop when I’m in Seattle for work. I used to visit nearly every day, but moved about 2 years ago. They still remember my name and habits even though I only stop by once every 3 months or so now. Very impressive!

They(and participating local stores; some more downtown) offer a receipt coupon: Keep this receipt and purchase a cold grande drink for $ 2 after 2pm. I used it for 2 grande iced chai’s recently. lol @ JW’s pic selected as primary picture.

Seemed like a pretty typical Starbucks to me. Nothing stood out as bad or good. Just par for the course.

My second-least favorite Starbucks in the financial-legal-business office district that lies between the shopping and government ends of downtown Seattle. The triangle is cool and the service is fine. There isn’t that much seating and even fewer places to plug in the laptop. But I think the views and natural light go a long way toward making up for these problems. My main problem is that at 4 pm every day a group of school girls arrive and one of them talks really really loudly to her friends and the baristas, and instead of telling her to put a can in it, the baristas talk to her like she’s a perfectly normal customer and not an obnoxiously loud one who is driving moi into other locations. I suppose that Howard wouldn’t want anything else.

This starbucks has a nice view, but the thing is, the bathroom is kinda odd. It beeps randomly, and it kinda scared me and makes me thing that some thing’s wrong…

A hustley bustley coffee slinging joint 50′ back from the street. It’s surprisingly quiet considering the army of financiers that run through here to get their fix. I took up a position in the corner of the triangle to watch things happen as I sipped at my americano and watched people in a state of perpetual type-A freakout. There should be a check-box for«none» under parking for this location.

A fine Starbucks. Apparently I was critical of it in the past and I take it all back. A fine Starbucks.

While in training this whole week I’ve had the most unjoyful experience to visit this Starbucks and so far two days in a row I’ve orders a shaken iced green tea only to receive a warm unshaken green tea. How can they get something so wrong, it has shaken in the name how come it wasn’t shaken? Horrible, so horrible I will not be going there tomorrow. Once bitten twice shy or how ever that saying goes.
