Conveniently located inside Safeway. Typical Starbucks… Above-​average Starbucks’ location. Love the holiday specialty drinks. Wish you could get them throughout the year but it would take away from the winter feel.
I come here to just chill sometimes, the staff is very nice and friendly. No one ever give you dirty looks because you have been in there forever. They can make any coffee you desire and deliver with a smile.
The customer service and fine coffee mixing is a true lifter. They always seem prepared for a crowd because it can get busy in the mornings and late afternoons.
There was one time when they ran out of the drink that I ordered (Green Tea Frapuccino) so I just ordered something else and to my surprise the cashier gave it to me FREE to make up for my dissapointment. I was happy leaving their store. Such a nice gesture from Starbucks.
Laid back atmosphere, Wi-​Fi huge plus, tons of options for food and drinks. You have to download the Starbucks App. Hook in a gift card and earn rewards!!!

Love this Starbucks! The staffs are always friendly and expedient, and the manager here rocks! Berwyn coming here for years and intend to continue to give them my patronage…

What is it about the Starbucks in the south end of Seattle having slow and bad service? I thought what Starbucks sells is consistency and fast production line for coffee!?! They really need to look at the work flow and why it doesn’t work here. I’ve literally been to Starbucks around the world and this is one of the worst — don’t expect to run in and out even if you are the only person in line!

This is a terrible place to get coffee if you want something fancier than americano. They messed up my hazelnut macchiato… but most importantly, staff is so unfriendly, I really never want to come back there. In addition, they are always out of napkins, CUPS (!!!)

Slowest. Starbucks. Ever.
It’s like the proximity to so much caffeine has sapped all their natural haste. They are always pleasant, but I’d rather not stand around 10 minutes while you get the personal life history of the two people in front of me. Please, please, please get me out the door faster and save the chatting for those who just want to hang out.

Friendly Staff keeps me coming back.

Early morning pleasant staff and an a-​ok tall soy chai. It works out well for those who live nearby and hop on the bus on Rainier Ave.

The staff are nice but confused here I have found, I can’t put my finger on how or why but my suspicion is that it’s related to the high level of crazies that come in and hang out here.
The fact it’s a respite from the Safeway with the separate entrance is nice, and there’s limited seating inside but it’s still just okay for me.
Nothing to stop in for unless you’re in the Safeway or such and don’t want to make a separate trip down the street to my preferred location at MLK & Rainier.

To congratulate myself on a job well done after depositing checks at the Chase also located within this Safeway, I mosey on over here and have myself a cup of coffee. It’s a starbucks, we all know how these places work. This particular branch has the distinct pleasure of being located within a supermarket, and NOT being one of those kiosks found in many other grocery stores.
Barristi (plural form?) are always cool, otherwise. And there’s a door leading in from both inside the Safeway, and outside.
That should be good for a couple «useful» votes, no? :P
