I Am Proud To Be A Starbucks Customer! However…I am NOT Proud to be a participant in their contest! I will tell you Why? They gave ME every game piece that I needed, EXCEPT for the Missing Games Pieces and sadly, for every section to win I need at least One Game Piece and they won’t give it out and so I am Very Angry And Disappointed in their game. For example, in order to win the Starbucks For Life, I need one more game piece. For example, in order to win the Starbucks For A Month, I need one more game piece. For example, in order to win the Starbucks For One Week, I need one more game piece. Of course, they will Not Help Me Out at all! The game was created so that they Can Make More Money, Obviously. Enclosed, in the attachments, please find pictures showing you what it was like for ME to retrieve their Two Game Pieces Per Day which is all they give out, plus I am also showing You that they are ONLY repeating the Same Game Pieces purposely so that I can NOT win a damn thing! Sadly!

Such great people that really take the time to know you and know your drink. It’s busy during rush times, but they work hard to get your drinks out fast! Love this location!

Kinda hard for non-employees to get in here, seeing as though it’s made specifically for Starbucks partners. but it’s true what is said. The workers here are splendid and extremely kind. They are one of the busiest Starbucks’ and the workers still find a way to smile. I’ve never really been a heavy coffee drinker, but since the money goes towards a good cause, I find myself getting the occasional drink and breakfast sandwich. This Starbucks is the best I’ve been to.

their rewards program? Has anyone out there had difficulty? For me, the website runs me into a loop of signing in; takes me to my link; but then has me sign in again. Very frustrating! Then, has anyone been told that rewards expire? So — if you don’t remember to bring your card on your birthday, you don’t get your reward. The coffee isn’t that great to have this much frustration! Anybody else had this problem? I just cut up my rewards cards and am going to Peet’s

This is one messed up company. I ordered Dark Roast Coffee Journey at $ 60 for a customer. since ordering Starbucks did not deliver the coffee every month as advertised. I tried to resolve this by contacting them but they felt they did nothing wrong. I then filed a complaint with the BBB. Starbucks response was they did not owe me a refund for my order dispite written confirmation from my customer as to not receiving any coffee. After 5 months and me spend hours of providing proof and having to argue my case with them they decided to refund my money. This is very poor customer follow up and service. I for one will never be a customer of theirs again.

All of the staff are always super friendly and recommend things to try that I always end up liking. Cool place to chill and eat lunch with some coffee!
